Manufactured to the highest standards, the Andair standard fuel selector range incorporates 1/4"(FS16), 3/8"(FS20) and the 1/2"(FS25) valves. These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line. Duplex fuel selectors are also offered by Andair (see separate product presentations). FS16, FS20 and FS25 series of fuel selectors are designed for safety, provide a precise and smooth feel in operation  and come in different types, ranging from Type 1 ON/OFF shut off valves to valves with multiple positions to ensure the right fuel tank selection. Can be supplied with different fittings. To prevent the pilot switching the wrong tank or turning the fuel off they feature  a large red lever with 'Fuel' engraved on it and a clearly labelled fascia plate to indicate which tank has been selected. It allows for a good solid detent at each tank position and also the button on top of the lever must be raised to switch the fuel off.

Designed for use with Light Sport and Ultralight aircraft, FS16 series 1/4" fuel selectors come in the following types:

Type 1 (FS16x1): simple 1/4” ON/OFF shut off valve with 90 degrees action between the two positions. On the FS16x1 there are two ports and either port can be used as the inlet or outlet.

Type 2 (FS16x2): Three way 1/4” fuel selector with positions LEFT-RIGHT-OFF and a 90 degree action between each tank selection. No lower fitting for use where there is little space behind the valve. 

Type 4 (FS16x4): Designed for high wing aircraft, it has four lever positions OFF - LEFT - BOTH – RIGHT with a 90 degree action between each position.On the FS16x4 there are 3 ports. The lower port is the outlet to the engine is 1/8 NPT Female. The inlet, side ports are 1/8 NPT Female and are at the 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions when looking at the valve with the brass ball spindle pointing upwards. At the 3 o'clock position there is a blanking plate that covers up a PTFE gland opposing the forces of the other 2 PTFE glands.

Type 2 and Type 4 valves do not allow cross feed between each tank when the selector is in the OFF position.

The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.

They integrate a highly reliable and robust positive locking mechanism to ensure the performance needed in difficult aircraft system environments such as the engine nacelle, landing gear and brake systems, and other QD demanding installations . The Thread-Lok QD couplings can be used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications while they provide a simple one-hand operation to thread the QD halves together with a visual confirmation of proper and full coupling to improve both time and safety. 

The Thread-Lok QDs incorporate tang and slot design, with QDs engaging and locking in one position when the coupling halves are threaded together and fully connected, providing both visual and touch indication of the fully connected position. They use Parker’s efficient, self-sealing valve design that permits fluid flow with minimum pressure loss and turbulence.

GOODYEAR® AVIATION FLIGHT MATE (Butyl) tire tubes offer superior air retention in a wide range of temperatures, and dramatically reduce time spent maintaining proper tire pressure. They are made from natural rubber offering long life and meeting cold temperature performance requirements: extreme low temperature of minus 50 degrees C. These tubes  feature continuous extruded construction for uniformity, premium aircraft valves and an average weight of 3 lbs.

The benefits from their use include  excellent resistance to inflation loss due to the proprietary Butyl compound as well as better balance (no overlapped splice).

The GOODYEAR® AVIATION FLIGHT MATE butyl tubes are the perfect complement for Goodyear and other brand name aircraft tires. They comply with the requirements of SAE Aerospace Standard AS50141 and meet MIL-I-5014 military specification (except for packaging).

AIRFRAMES ALASKA designs and manufactures ALASKAN BUSHWHEEL (ABI) wheels & brakes and tires made for flying and landing off-field in the most rugged backcountry conditions. ABI tires absorb the energy of rough landings, taking the brunt of the impact off the pilots, wheels, gear, and airframe. Unlike your standard aircraft tires, Bushwheels are tubeless. This distinctive design eliminates the problem of tire slippage and stem shearing and makes it possible to run these tires at very low PSI. Different models are offered to suit needs of aircraft operating conditions. ABI tires are FAA TSO C62d approved. Models are available in the following versions and fit standard 6" wheels unless otherwise mentioned:

Standard thread: 3/16"

Heavy thread: 1/4". Heavy tread 26" ABI tires are constructed with a thicker tread layer. Suitable for pilots operating their aircraft on pavement between backcountry flights.

The 26" ABI tires are designed and handcrafted for use on lighter aircraft such as Cessna 182 & Cessna 206. They're also the ideal "entry level" bush tires for pilots upgrading from standard tube type aviation tires for the first time.

Andair duplex fuel selector valves have two separate compartments so that two independent fuel lines can be switched simultaneously making them ideal for fuel injected or diesel engines where there needs to be a return line. It allows to pipe surplus fuel to the same tank from which it was drawn. This avoids overfilling the return tank or having an overly complicated fuel system. 

FS2020(*) fuel selector valves feature two 3/8" sections for feed & return. FS2520(*) fuel selector valves feature one 1/2" feed section and one 3/8" return section. Both can be supplied with different ANDAIR fittings to meet application requirements. 

Engines that can benefit from these valves are Surburu, Continental, Rotax, and Diesel aircraft engines.

Static ports are located on the side of an aircraft and function as small air inlets. Their purpose is to measure static air pressure, also known as barometric pressure. The pressure within the static port is collected and then utilized by the altimeter and the vertical speed indicator (VSI). Different static ports are offered, both certified and non certified (the latter with an intended use in homebuilt/experimental aircraft).

Several offered non certified static ports are briefly described below. For certified static ports plese refer to their separate product presentations.

Aluminum Cessna Type

Aluminum single engine Cessna type static port. Externally mounted through a 19/64” hole. Can be used on fabric, composite or aluminum. No need for rivets. 1-3/8” dia.x1” depth.

Aluminum 15160

Aluminum static port for external mounting through 1/4" diameter hole in side of the fuselage. Base has 1/8" NPT female port for connecting to static line (polyethylene fitting included). Installation with 3/32" diameter flush rivets.

Aluminum 15161

Aluminum static port for external mounting through 1/4" diameter hole in side of the fuselage. Base has 1/8" NPT female port for connecting to static line. Installation with 3/32" diameter flush rivets.

Aluminum 15176

Aluminum static port externally mounted in a 1-1/4" base OD outside of the fuselage through 5/16" ID hole. Installation with 4 countersunk 3/32" rivets to skin with pal nuts & lock washers on inside.

OMRON A16 series pushbutton 16-dia. cylindrical body switches are detachable switches. The same contacts can be used for both standard loads and microloads. Their miniature design of 28.5 mm makes these switches the smallest class in the industry. Easy-to-wire terminal arrangement. Certified for EN 60947-5-1. These switches are offered in lighted and non lighted versions, different colors, display shapes, with LED or incandescent lamps and different socket units. Flexible tanks are used for a variety of sectors for rapid deployment of storage facilities to increase capacity or as emergency units. They are used for an extensive range of fuels including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel but also for water, oils,

Fuel flexible tanks (aka fuel bladders), commonly deployed in  petroleum depots, refueling stations and other facilities are made of high-quality PVC, EVA, and TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) coated fabrics, are fully UV resistant, and can operate at temperatures from -50°C to +90°C, ensuring durability and reliability under the most demanding conditions. Made by different manufacturers, these tanks conform to commercial standards while some of them are ballistic-tolerant or engineered for mission-critical military or aerospace uses, meeting respective commercial (such as TSO-C80 and 14 CFR Part 29) as well as military specifications like MIL-DTL-6396, MIL-DTL-5578, and MIL-DTL-27422.

Related materials such as tank cleaners/degreasers, adhesives & sealants are also offered and included in this presentation. 

Tank adhesives and sealants are commonly based on specialized polyurethane (PU) formulations that are resistant to hydrocarbon fuels, solvents, and oils. From automotive and industrial assembly to footwear, construction, and protective coatings, formulations based on polyurethanes (PUs) offer superior flexibility, impact resistance, and bonding strength compared to traditional formulations. Polycarbonate diols (PCDs) are also used which, unlike conventional polyols, they offer significantly enhanced hydrolysis resistance, chemical durability, and mechanical performance, making them the ideal choice as high-performance long-term protection adhesives and coatings for applications demanding abrasion resistance, UV stability, and chemical resilience.

For TPU fuel bladders, the bonding/sealing material itself is often a specialized formulation of Polyester-based Thermoplastic Polyurethane TPU (AU) or other polymers with excellent fuel resistance, such as Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR). Their formulations are based on polyurethanes with specific diols and non-hindered diisocyanates for enhanced durability and broad chemical resistance. They are engineered to bond with the TPU bladder fabric, providing a robust and leak-proof seal against fuels like gasoline, diesel, and jet fuels.

Flexible tanks and related supplies are offered either as OEM parts of their respective producers or as parts of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Materials to be applied on flexible tanks for maintenance or repair should be always selected after consultation of tank manufacturer's documentation. In the case of fuel bladders, compatibility with the specific type of fuel should be ensured as some fuels can be more aggressive than others.

GROVE Wheels and Brakes are precision engineered and manufactured to provide the highest quality and performance in the aircraft industry. GROVE wheels are manufactured in both aluminum and magnesium.  Aluminum wheels are more corrosion resistant than magnesium, are less expensive, but weigh more.  Both have the same strength and performance ratings. They are offered in sets (kits) in different sizes to comply with tire and axle sizes and static load ratings to match  the static aircraft gross weight on each wheel. GROVE brakes are offered for different braking torques, a function of the hydraulic system pressure and total caliper piston area, and with different kinetic energy capabilities. Aircraft with oversized tires or with a larger than normal engine should consider brake calipers with more or larger pistons. Different brake discs offered absorb the heat energy developed during braking.

Brakes and related parts for use on Textron Aviation Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft. Also available as FAA-PMA approved parts from other manufacturers.

Clip-Locking Turnbuckles utilize 2 locking clips instead of lock-wire for safety. The turnbuckle barrel and terminals are slotted lengthwise to accommodate the locking clips. After the proper cable tension is reached the barrel slots are aligned with the terminal slots and the clips are inserted. The curved ends of the locking clips expand and latch in the vertical slot in the center of the barrel. They are available for different cable diameters and thread sizes in inches covering desired minimum breaking strength requirements.Different turnbuckle components are used in turnbuckle assemblies.
