AS81820 Standard bearings are Plain Self-Aligning, Self-Lubricating ,Low Speed bearings with a -65 TO +325 °F temperature operating range offered in different specifications with those of SAE AS Standard superseding the Military Standard  respective parts.  AS81820 Standard bearings include AS14101/MS14101 narrow, grooved race, AS14102/MS14102 wide, chamfered race, AS14103/MS14103 wide, grooved race, and AS14104/MS14104 narrow, chamfered race.

AS14101/MS14101 and AS14104/MS14104 bearings included in this presentation are offered as OEM parts by different manufacturers including RBC® BEARINGS, NEW HAMPSHIRE BALL BEARINGS® (NHBB), AURORA BEARING COMPANY® and others as well as their replacements by NATIONAL PRECISION BEARING® (NPB).

SAE-AS14102 and SAE-AS14103 (separately listed) supersede those of MS14102 and MS14103 specifications. They are both are wide plain spherical bearings, self lubricating self aligning, and low speed, designed for operation in high temperature environments  (-65°F to +325°F  or -53.9°C to +162.8°C). Their inner and outer rings are made from Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES). AS14102/MS14102 series bearings come with a chamfered outer ring while those of AS14103/MS14103 series come with a grooved outer ring. For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.

This new MERCURY MARINE Mercruiser replacement Trim Pump replaces the older P/N 14336A17 trim pump. Used on MERCURY MARINE Mercruiser Alpha One, Alpha Gen II and Bravo Drive applications. Matched to the larger new style trim cylinders.

The RBC® BEARINGS offers a full line of airframe control ball bearings to the aerospace industry  in both “Standard” and “Precision” series. The prefix “M” in a bearing number indicates that it is of a precision series. Although designed and manufactured under demanding quality control requirements for airborne systems, these bearings have been successfully used in many industrial applications, where oscillatory movement, high loads, or corrosive environments are prevalent.

RBC® BEARINGS airframe control ball bearings conform to SAE-AS7949 (formerly MIL-B-7949) and many major OEM specifications. These bearings are of lightweight design, corrosion-resistant, grease-lubricated, and typically sealed. Airframe control bearing rings and balls are made of hardened bearing alloy, AISI 52100, with all exposed surfaces, except bearing bore, caps and seals, plated for corrosion protection. For improved corrosion protection, RBC® BEARINGS  supplies bearings made of hardened stainless steel alloy, AISI 440C. This alloy may be passivated or plated with cadmium or zinc nickel for enhanced corrosion protection.

The RBC® BEARINGS Airframe Control Ball Bearings are offered in different series. The KP/KP-A and KSP/KSP-A series, presented separately, are briefly discussed below.

KP (Heavy Duty) and KP-A (Medium Duty) SAE-AS7949 Series radial ball bearings  manufactured with Plyoseals. KP heavy duty single row sealed bearings comply with MS27640 specifications while KP-A medium duty single row ball deep groove sealed bearings with MS27641 specifications. Both KP and KP-A radial ball bearings are prelubricated for life and feature PTFE seals and CRES sealcaps, cadmium plated exposed surfaces except bore, caps, and seals. Both are also offered with CRES 440C material and/or zinc nickel plating per OEM specifications. Load limit ratings: Radial 1230-lbs, thrust 300-lbs.

KSP/KSP-A Series SAE-AS7949 Series single/double row, self-aligning, light and heavy duty ball bearings with bonded PTFE seals and cadmium plated exposed surfaces except bore, caps, and seals. Like those of KP/KP-A Series, both KSP and KSP-A bearings are prelubricated for life and are also offered with CRES 440C material and/or zinc nickel plating per OEM specifications.

Aircraft braking systems serve a vital function during takeoff, landing and taxiing. Along with landing gear, aircraft wheels and brakes are critical to ensure safe and reliable aircraft ground operations under extreme forces, stress, as well as wear and tear from general operation and the environment. Commercial aircraft brakes are arranged in multiple disk pairs commonly referred to as Heat Sinks or Heat Packs (as they convert the kinetic energy of the moving airplane to heat energy). Fine quality switch from ACS used in many aircraft. The switch housing is machined from billet aluminum which makes this switch 25% lighter. It provides “ON” and “OFF” electrical control of both magnetos on a single engine aircraft. The key-operated switch mounts from the rear of the panel in a 7/8” dia hole. OMRON A16 series pushbutton 16-dia. cylindrical body switches are detachable switches. The same contacts can be used for both standard loads and microloads. Their miniature design of 28.5 mm makes these switches the smallest class in the industry. Easy-to-wire terminal arrangement. Certified for EN 60947-5-1. These switches are offered in lighted and non lighted versions, different colors, display shapes, with LED or incandescent lamps and different socket units. FLYBOX® EFC-P Electronic Flap Controller by MICROEL SRL allows selection of the desired position of the flaps of an aircraft. EFC-P Controllers are offered in Rectangular (P/N: EFC-P-102010) or Round (P/N: EFC57-P-103010) versions. They are intended for use in ultralight and experimental aircraft. The working mode consist in selecting one of the four positions previously stored by the user, then the EFC-P will automatically moves the flaps in the exact position. The LEDs show the current position of the flaps or, when in movement, the position that they are reaching. For further information please refer to the attached documentation.

Clip-Locking Turnbuckles utilize 2 locking clips instead of lock-wire for safety. The turnbuckle barrel and terminals are slotted lengthwise to accommodate the locking clips. After the proper cable tension is reached the barrel slots are aligned with the terminal slots and the clips are inserted. The curved ends of the locking clips expand and latch in the vertical slot in the center of the barrel. They are available for different cable diameters and thread sizes in inches covering desired minimum breaking strength requirements.

The FIRST letters "R" or "L" following the dash number designate a RIGHT HAND THREAD or LEFT HAND THREAD respectively.

The SECOND letters "S" or "L" following the dash number indicate a SHORT LENGTH or LONG LENGTH respectively.

The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The SPRL caps are non vented and recommended to keep the fuel in, the water out and in the locking version, other unwanted items out of your tank.

BC207 High/Low Voltage Warning Indicator by B&C SPECIALITY PRODUCTS  is a solid-state device which provides a visual indication of abnormal bus voltage via a panel-mounted warning light (included). It is intended for use in non certified aircraft. Not FAA Approved. When flashing,the warning light indicates a bus voltage greater than 15.5 volts D.C. When steady, it indicates a bus voltage below 12.5 volts D.C. The product also includes B&C S708-2 Miniature Push-Button switch (push-to-test). The BC207  Voltage Warning Indicator can be used in both 14v and 28v electrical systems. 

Miniature incandescent and LED lams (bulbs) sourced from different manufacturers such as GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE), NORMAN LAMPS, AMGLO KEMLITE LABORATORIES,AERO-TECH LIGHT BULB Co. and others, for use in various aircraft applications (cockpit/wing/tail lights).

RAPCO produces quality FAA-PMA approved replacement organic and metallic brake linings for Cleveland and McCauley brake assemblies on most general aviation aircraft. Organic linings are actually made from a semi metallic mix. RAPCO combines brass, copper and Kevlar fibers with a high temperature binding compound to provide outstanding performance and long service life. Most RAPCO organic linings have a built in wear indicator, which reduces the risk of damage to the brake disc and helps to optimize lining life. RAPCO organic linings are available in boxes of 10 or in organic lining kits containing the proper number of linings and rivets necessary for replacement on Cleveland or McCauley brake assemblies. They are convenient to have on hand when the need for relining occurs. Metallic lining replacements for the Cleveland brake assemblies are made of sintered steel, a specially developed process that fuses metallic particles to a steel carrier plate. RAPCO metallic linings offer long life and excellent braking performance.
