FILLER NECK offers a variety of cap neck styles and materials which can support oil, fuel, hydraulic or water applications. Accessory options can be used to build the filler assembly you need. Three different strainers provide varying degrees of filtration for 300 Series caps and necks to help maintain clean fluids within the engine system. Special mountings match the type of connections required.
All aircraft fuel systems have filters and strainers to ensure that the fuel delivered to the engine(s) is free from contaminants. The first of these is encountered at the outlet of the fuel tank. A sump is used to encourage the collection of debris in the lowest part of the tank, which can then be drained off before flight. The actual tank outlet for the fuel is positioned above this sump. Some type of screen is used to trap contaminants attempting to flow out of the tank into the fuel system. Finger screens (strainers) are common on light aircraft. They effectively increase the area of the fuel tank outlet, allowing a large amount of debris to be trapped while still permitting fuel to flow. They are screwed into a fitting welded in the tank outlet.
Offered finger strainers are intended for use in fuel tank outlets. They are available in standard and lage sizes. Standard size features a brass fitting with 3/8" male pipe thread which fits AN867-3 welding flange, and 1/4" female pipe thread for valve or fuel line fitting. Screen is 16 mesh brass. Large finger strainer has a 3/8"-NPT x 1/2"-M-NPT brass bushing with a T304 stainless steel screen.

BRS AEROSPACE™ has first invented the first Whole Aircraft Rescue Parachute System (WARPS) in 1980 currently being installed on more than 35,000 aircraft. Today the company offers a wide range of WARPS suitable as retrofits to Cessna series 172 and Cessna 182, as standard installations on Cirrus SR20 and SR22 models but also for installations on LSA and experimental aircraft.
BRS WARPS are offered in 3 different types:
Canister. The BRS Canister is waterproof when the original factory seal remains intact, making it the perfect design for exterior installations. With a six year repack schedule and versatile mounting hardware, it is one of the most popular systems.
Softpack. The BRS Softpack is best suited for aircraft manufactur-ers that require a ballistic parachute mounted inside their aircraft. When mounted internally, this system also has a six year repack schedule.
VLS - Vertical Launch System. Built specifically for aircraft with limited interior space, the VLS (Vertical Launch System) installs on top of the wing or fuselage. Upward firing works well with pusher designed aircraft
A small solid-fuel rocket is used to pull the parachute out from its housing and deploy the canopy fully within seconds. Typically on ultralight installations the rocket is mounted on the parachute container. On larger aircraft installations the rocket may be remotely mounted. The current version, BRS-6. has a separate rocket installation that can be removed from the parachute so that the parachute can be sent for re-packing without the problems of trying to ship the rocket along with it. Typically the parachute requires repacking every six years and the rocket requires replacing every 12 years.
Clip-Locking Turnbuckles utilize 2 locking clips instead of lock-wire for safety. The turnbuckle barrel and terminals are slotted lengthwise to accommodate the locking clips. After the proper cable tension is reached the barrel slots are aligned with the terminal slots and the clips are inserted. The curved ends of the locking clips expand and latch in the vertical slot in the center of the barrel. They are available for different cable diameters and thread sizes in inches covering desired minimum breaking strength requirements.
Different turnbuckle components listed below are used in turnbuckle assemblies. They are sold separately to meet application requirements. Please refer to the attached documentation.

NEWTON CONSULTING offers a range of SPRL branded fuel valves featuring distinct features that make them better than the rest. Ceramic disks have no soft moving/rubbing seals to wear out, unlike other valves but also give an 'indefinite' life with a very smooth light action. The lift and turn selector of their SPRL valves is instinctive, secure, and easier to use than the complex 'lift button' type. The locking detents avoid accidental movements. The fixings match most installations, and the internal ports prevent cross feeds, unless 'selected to 'Both'. NEWTON offered valves range from simple V1 and V3, designed to minimise stockholding costs to V6, tapped 10mm for standard Rotax banjo's on the input and 1/4" nps output or V9 and V10 duplex valves, threaded 1/4"nps which will accept 1/4"npt fittings and NEWTON AN-6 banjo assembly.Their lightweight alloy construction is anodized for protection while the Viton O-ring seals are suitable for all current fuels.
NEWTON also offers a variety of adaptors/fittings (purchased separately) which can be used with these valves as normal AN fittings will not fit directly to these valves. Their offered product portfolio includes AN8 Male NPT 1/4" or 3/8", Female 1/4" NPT, Female 3/8" NPT, Female 14mm used for commercial automotive banjo's and Female 1/4"NPS supplied in their -6 banjo assembly.
Their Male AN fittings enable plumbing straight into the aeroplane system with no extra fittings to buy. The lightweight alloy construction is anodized for protection. Viton O ring seals, used as seals to the valve, are suitable for all current fuels. They can be used on experimental aircraft only.
The RAY ALLEN Trim Systems are trim servos of flight surfaces offered with different travel options designed specifically for experimental aircraft. RAY ALLEN servos are small enough to fit in individual control surfaces or can be used with lighweight springs acting directly on the control system. They come with RS2 rocker switches, RP3 LED indicators and a RC8-7 clevis/pushrod kit. All RC ALLEN indicators operate off of feedback sensors located inside the servo. These feedback sensors are purposefully isolated from the power supply to the servo motor to guard against possible electronic failure. Different servos are available:
T2-7A Trim System with a .7" (17mm) travel
T2-10A Trim System with a 1.0" (26mm) travel
T3-12A Trim System with a 1.2" (31 mm) travel
