Consists of an inertia reel mounted to the aircraft cabin roof above and behind each seat, a "Y" shaped shoulder harness, a lap belt with mating buckle and associated bracketry, all mounting hardware, installation instructions, and STC for both pilot and co pilot shoulder harness seatbelt systems. Standard color of belts is Black but they may also be ordered by special order in different available colors at additional cost upon request. AS81820 Standard bearings are Plain Self-Aligning, Self-Lubricating ,Low Speed bearings with a -65 TO +325 °F temperature operating range offered in different specifications with those of SAE AS Standard superseding the Military Standard  respective parts.  AS81820 Standard bearings include AS14101/MS14101 narrow, grooved race, AS14102/MS14102 wide, chamfered race, AS14103/MS14103 wide, grooved race, and AS14104/MS14104 narrow, chamfered race.

SAE-AS14102 and SAE-AS14103 (separately listed) supersede those of MS14102 and MS14103 specifications. Their inner and outer rings are made from Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES). The RAY ALLEN Trim Systems are trim servos of flight surfaces offered with different travel options designed specifically for experimental aircraft. RAY ALLEN servos are small enough to fit in individual control surfaces or can be used with lighweight springs acting directly on the control system. They come with RS2 rocker switches,  RP3 LED indicators and a RC8-7 clevis/pushrod kit. All RC ALLEN indicators operate off of feedback sensors located inside the servo. These feedback sensors are purposefully isolated from the power supply to the servo motor to guard against possible electronic failure.  Different servos are available:

T2-7A Trim System with a  .7" (17mm) travel

T2-10A Trim System with a  1.0" (26mm) travel

T3-12A Trim System with a 1.2" (31 mm) travel

T4-5 Trim System with a .5 inch (13mm) travel. This servo does not have a compatible indicator.

This new MERCURY MARINE Mercruiser replacement Trim Pump replaces the older P/N 14336A17 trim pump. Used on MERCURY MARINE Mercruiser Alpha One, Alpha Gen II and Bravo Drive applications. Matched to the larger new style trim cylinders.

Manufactured to the highest standards, the Andair standard fuel selector range incorporates 1/4"(FS16), 3/8"(FS20) and the 1/2"(FS25) valves. These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line. Duplex fuel selectors are also offered  (see separate product presentations). FS16, FS20 and FS25 series of fuel selectors are designed for safety, provide a precise and smooth feel in operation  and come in different types, ranging from Type 1 ON/OFF shut off valves to valves with multiple positions. To prevent the pilot switching the wrong tank or turning the fuel off they feature  a large red lever with 'Fuel' engraved on it and a clearly labelled fascia plate to indicate which tank has been selected. It allows for a good solid detent at each tank position and also the button on top of the lever must be raised to switch the fuel off.

FS25 series 1/2" fuel selectors has been designed for engines up to 560 HP (50+ GHP), provides a choice of fittings and all units can be operated with an extension and universal joints. They come in the following types:

Type 1 (FS25-1): ON / OFF Shut Off valve for 1/2" fuel lines. There is a 90 degree action between the two positions and included with the valve is the safety button. 

Type 2 (FS25-2): Three way 3/8” fuel selector with positions LEFT-RIGHT-OFF and a 90 degree action between each tank selection. No lower fitting for use where there is little space behind the valve. 

Type 3 (FS25-3): Three way selector with positions LEFT - RIGHT - OFF. No lower fitting. This valve has inlets ports at the Left and Right hand side and the outlet towards the front.

Type 4 (FS25-4): Designed for high wing aircraft, it has four lever positions OFF - LEFT - BOTH – RIGHT with a 90 degree action between each position.There are 3 ports. The lower port is the outlet to the engine and can be Male AN-8, Female 3/8 NPT or a  360 degree Banjo adjustable fitting with a male AN-8 end.

Type 5 (FS25-5): 4 way Fuel Selector ( 3 tanks and OFF ) with positions LEFT - MAIN - RIGHT - OFF, each at 90 degree intervals. The inlet ports are around the side of the valve and the outlet is at the bottom of the valve.

For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.

FAA-PMA Approved original equipment TCM Bendix magneto ignition switches  with 3 positions (Right/Left/Both Mags). They come complete with two keys and faceplate. For dual ignition aircraft systems, ignition switch grounds both magneto P-leads in off position.

An extensive range of standard MIL-SPEC and Cessna pulleys and pulley kits is offered by McFARLANE® AVIATION. The kits contain all pulleys and cotter pins required to replace all flight control system pulleys in one airplane containing the respective part numbers and quantities required. Different McFarlane pulley series include: 

MCS378 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings, FAA-PMA approved replacements for the Cessna S378, A-/BB-, and NAS383- series pulleys on Cessna Aircraft. The MCS378- series pulleys supersede these for most Cessna aircraft applications and  feature high quality sealed precision ball bearings, superior to low grade, open seal bearings used in the Cessna S378-()L light duty series pulleys that they replace.

MS20219 Series aircraft secondary control pulleys, superseding the respective AN219 series pulleys are offered either with high pressure laminated phenolic sheave (MS20219 Series) or aluminum alloy sheave anodized per MIL-A-8625 (MS20219A Series), both with fixed ball bearing with contact seal. The aluminum body is recommended for -1 and -3 pulleys. The -1 pulley should not be installed in flight control systems.

MS20220 Series flight control pulleys with phenolic body and ball bearings with seal. These supersede the respective AN220- Series pulleys. Also available with aluminum body (MS20220A).

MS24566 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. MS24566 pulleys can be used to replace the corresponding AN210 pulleys designated by the letters "A" or "B" in their dash numbers as they differ in the maximum load limit.

NAS383 Series phenolic commercial grade pulleys with graphite impregnated bronze sleeve bearings. These are typically used with a bushing. The MCS378 pulley replaces both the NAS383 pulley and it's bushing.

S394, S1052-1/ S1710-1 Cessna nylon pulleys with no bearings.

S378-4S Cessna pulley similar to S378-4 but with smaller diameter. Used on Cessna airplanes 177RG s/n 177RG0202 and on, and F177RG0038 and on for routing stabilator, stabilator trim, and rudder cables. Six required per aircraft.

RBC Aerospace Bearings offers a full line of Mil Spec standard lined journal bearings, unlined bushings, and many specialty and custom designed products to support the aerospace industry.   Journals are designed in a straight (plain) configuration with a flange to accommodate a combination of radial and axial loads with corrosion resistant materials and coatings. Journals are also offered in high temperature and water resistant series. Typical journal materials are CRES 17-4PH and aluminum.  Bearings may also be cadmium or zinc nickel plated as required while CRES 440C and Inconel® 718 are available upon request. Journal bore and flanged journal face surfaces may also be provided with various liner systems to satisfy specific application requirements. TIMKEN® tapered roller bearings are characterized by reliability, versatility and choice. They stand up to extreme situations, including high-corrosive, high-temperature, vacuum or low-lubrication environments. Uniquely designed to manage both types of loads on rotating shafts and in housings and offer a choice of nearly 26,000 product combinations, from single, double to four-row configurations and thrust bearings. Each bearing contains four interdependent components: the cone (inner ring), the cup (outer ring), the tapered rollers (rolling elements) and the cage (roller retainer). Tapered angles allow bearings to efficiently control a combination of radial and thrust loads. The steeper the outer ring angle, the greater ability the bearing has to handle thrust loads. To provide a true rolling motion of the rollers on the raceways, the extensions of the raceways and the tapered surfaces of the rollers come together at a common point, the apex, on the axis of rotation.

TIMKEN® Single Row (TS) bearings are basic and most widely used. Usually fitted as one of an opposing pair. They can be “set” to the required clearance (endplay) or preload condition to optimize performance. TSF type bearings, a TS variation, have a flanged outer ring to facilitate axial location and accurately aligned seats in a through-bored housing.

TIMKEN® Double Row Outer Ring bearings (TDO)  have a one-piece (double) outer ring and two single inner rings. Usually supplied complete with an inner-ring spacer as a pre-set assembly. They offer a wide effective bearing spread and frequently chosen for applications where overturning moments are a significant load component. Other bearing types include TDI (double-row double inner race) and TDIT (same as TDI with tapered bore). Both comprise a double inner ring and two single outer rings. Usually supplied complete with an outerring spacer as a pre-set assembly. TDI and TDIT bearings can be used at fixed (locating) positions on rotating shaft applications. Offered types include: TNA (double-row non-adjustable), TNASW (same as TNA with lubricant slots) or TNASWE  (same as TNSW with extended back face rib). They are similar to the TDO with a one-piece (double) outer ring and two single inner rings.  Supplied with a built-in clearance to give a standard setting range, these bearings provide a solution for many fixed or floating bearing applications where optimum simplicity of assembly is required.

For aerospace applications, different FAA PMA approved tapered single roller bearings are offered including TIMKEN® 13600, 13800 and LM813000 Series with a cone assembly and a cup. Offered in "inch" and "metric" versions LM813000 Series feature  minimization of friction between the rotating parts, handling of thrust loads, even load distibution across the roller, heavy load carrying capacity & stamped steel cage.

The KLIXON® 7270/7271 series circuit breakers were designed to utilize less behind panel space while protecting wire and cable in aircraft and ground support equipment on either 120 VAC, 400 Hz or 30 VDC systems.

These circuit breakers are available with neck mounting (7270-1 and 7271-8) or standard cover plate (7270-7 and 7271-3). In each of these KLIXON® circuit breakers, the bi-metallic element assures uniform current distribution throughout its responsive area. This design reduces current density at the critical areas, resulting in an element having a much higher interrupting capability than conventional design. Inherently resistant to shock and vibration, the KLIXON® disc element is capable of precise calibration settings and will retain the initial calibration within close tolerances throughout the service life of the breaker. Both circuit breakers have conventional actuator action; i.e., the toggle actuator on the 7270 moves to the OFF position for trip indication and the button the 7271 pops out. The RAPCO Dry Air Vacuum/Pressure pumps are are FAA approved quality and performance pumps intended for use as direct replacements of respective models of AIRBORNE and AERO ACCESSORIES (AA) in vacuum or pressure system applications. They are offered as NEW or OVERHAULED.

The NEW RAPCO Air Vacuum/Pressure pumps are FAA-PMA approved and have an inspection port for monitoring vane wear and determine when replacement is needed. An oil seal on the main shaft helps to prevent oil from entering and damaging the pump. Cooling fins reduce operating temperatures and help to extend pump life. They are internally coated with a special Mil-Spec. hard lube coating reducing friction and wear. The carbon rotor has also been improved by chamfering the leading edges of the vane slots reducing failure due to foreign object damage. With every pump, RAPCO includes a mounting gasket and vane measuring caliper. Fittings not included. There is no core charge when purchasing a new RAPCO dry air pump.  Manufacturers warranty on the 200 series is three years / 1300 hours. The warranty period on the 240 and the 400 series is 1 year / 500 hours, which ever comes first. There is no Core Charge on new pumps. 

The OVERHAULED RAPCO pumps are FAA approved and come with an FAA form 8130-3. Mounting gasket included. The warranty period for the 200 series is two years / 1000 hours. The warranty period for the 240 and the 400 series is one year / 400 hours, which ever comes first. Core charge applies. Please refer to the attached documentation for additional information.

The RAPCO Model RA215CC Dry Air Pump is used in ROTAX® 912 UL, 912 ULS and 914 UL engines. This pump replaces the old model 211CC and can also be used in other engines listed below:

The RAPCO Model RA215CC-9  replaces the old model 211CC-9. It is the most common model in General Aviation applications using the O-200 engine. This pump can be used with Continental C90-16F, all 0-200 engines and most Lycoming O-320 engines installed on Cessna 150s, 172s, etc.

The RAPCO Model RA216CW replaces the old models 212CW, 216CW and RAPCO P/N RA212CW. This pump can be used with a wide range of aircraft engines including Textron Lycoming LIO-360, GO-435, TIO-541 and Continental E-185, E-225, IO-346, O-470, IO-470, TSIO-470 and IO-520.

FILLER NECK offers a variety of cap neck styles and materials which can support oil, fuel, hydraulic or water applications. Accessory options can be used to build the filler assembly you need. Three different strainers provide varying degrees of filtration for 300 Series caps and necks to help maintain clean fluids within the engine system. Special mountings match the type of connections required.
