AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Bolts are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 (depending on the P/N) with a bright surface treatment and a strength class of A2-70 for SS 304 bolts and A4-70 for SS 316 bolts. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 933 standard. They are offered in competitive prices in different diameters ("M" designated), indicating the bolt's diameter in mm and lengths in mm. The thread pitch (the distance between threads measured along the length of the bolt) expressed in mm is indicated by the "P" designation in the P/N. In co-operation with aircraft manufacturers, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Lease or Buy Programs have been developed for ultralight and light aircraft (*). (*) The term "Ultralight" is often used to denote different aircraft types across the world. In the U.S.,Ultralights are referred to as vehicles (not aircraft) and must be a single-place of very light weight. The term "Light Sport Aircraft (LSA)" is used in FAA regulations (FARs) for certification of aircraft complying with the ASTM standards and subject to specified limitations such as non-pressurised cabin, max seating capacity of two persons (including the pilot), a single reciprocating engine, a MTOW of not more than 1,320 pounds, a fixed-pitch or  ground-adjustable propeller, etc. In Europe, certification of Ultralights falling under Annex II of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Basic Regulation is handled under national rules. EASA has introduced a new certification process for the European Light Aeroplane (ELA) considered as a simple two-seater non-pressurised aircraft for "non-aerobatic" and "VFR day" operations only with a single, non-turbine engine fitted with a propeller and a maximum take-off weight of 600kg.

Socket screws are available in regular cap screw and flat and button type. These screws are used in many industries and applications including  military, aerospace, defense, mechanical, original equipment manufacturers, petro-chemical, power generation & mass transit.  They are generally alloy or stainless steel, but can be provided in monel or other materials. Socket screws are generally of higher precision since the thread tolerances are more stringent. Socket Set Screws come in different sizes and many meet aerospace/military standards. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA ASTM A324 Grade 10.9 Series high tensile hexagonal head threaded bolts are produced from medium carbon steel, medium carbon steel alloy and low carbon boron steel with heat treatment by both quenching and tempering.  They meet ASTM A324 Grade BD and SAE J429 standards. These bolds feature high tensile strength and good wear resistance and are used in automotive applications and for bolting large and forged parts.

Clevis pins are used as a quick and secure fastener in place of bolts and rivets. Clevis pins can be partially threaded or unthreaded. Unthreaded Clevis pins have a domed head at one end and a cross-hole at the other end. A Clevis pin is inserted through the holes at the pronged ends of a Clevis and is kept in place by a cotter pin. Threaded Clevis pins are partially threaded on one end with a formed head on the other.

MS20392 series Clevis pins are straight, headed pins with a drilled shank. They supersede those of AN392 to AN396 series and those of AN400, AN402, AN404, and AN406 series. MS20392 series Clevis pins are produced in different materials (steel alloy, corrosion resistant steel (CRES), titanium alloy) and surface finishes (cadmium plated, chrome plated, titanium alloy - aluminum coated) with a drilled hole for cotter pin. MS20392 series Clevis pins are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, head, shank diameters and effective lengths. Cotter pins are used to secure bolts, screws, nuts, and pins. Military standard MS24665 split cotter pins are made from cadmium plated steel, replacing those of AN380 series or passivated corrosion resistant steel (CRES), replacing those of AN381 series. The CRES cotter pins are more resistant to corrosion and also used where heatresisting attributes are desired, such as forward of firewall or  in locations where nonmagnetic material is required. Regardless of their shape or material, all cotter pins serve the same general purpose - safetying. MS24665 split cotter pins are superseded by respective part numbers of NASM24665 series.

Aircraft washers used in airframe construction or repair works are either plain, lock, or special type washers. 

AN960/AN960L series are aeronautical (Army-Navy) standard flat washers superseded by the respective washers in NAS1149/NAS1149L series. They come in regular thickness (NAS1149/AN960) or light thickness (NAS1149L/AN960L) indicated by the letter "L" in the dash number of the product reference number (SKU). They are made from different materials such as carbon steel, corrosion resistant steel (CRES) and aluminum alloys. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA ASTM A324 Grade 8.8 Series high tensile hexagonal head threaded bolts are produced from medium carbon steel with heat treatment by both quenching and tempering.  They comply with ASTM A324, ASME SA324 standards. Medium carbon steel is less expensive  than other grades and features good ductile and malleable qualities but a lower tensile strength.

Structural screws are made of alloy steel, are properly heat treated, and can be used as structural bolts. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS27039 Series structural machine screws are pan head cross recessed screws equivalent to those of NAS 220 Series. MS27039 Series screws are fabricated from Alloy Steel and Cadmium plated per specification QQ-P-416A, Type II, Class 3, Anodized Aluminum Alloy 2024 or Stainless Steel Unplated  to MIL-S-6050 or MIL-8695 specifications.
