ARDROX® developers are based on very fine white powder with a defined particle size range and advanced absorption properties. They ensure superior white film background for better visibility of indications. They can be removed easily after inspection.

ARDROX® 9PRx are colorless, highly volatile, solvent based penetrant removers. Fast drying they have a low sulphur and halogen content. Mainly used for the removal of both visible red dye and fluorescent penetrants but can also be used as a solvent pre cleaner prior to the penetrant application for the removal of oil and grease.

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA aviation lubricants form part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product portfolio  and include an extensive range of piston and turbine engine oils, greases, hydraulic, coolant and other fluids used in a variety of applications in general aviation as well as commercial (transport) and military aircraft of Russian manufacturers, such as Ilyushin Mikoyan, Irkut, Sukhoi, Tupolev and Yakovlev (now merged and operating under a new company, United Aircraft Corporation), Ukrainian (Antonov), and others.

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA lubricants are analogues and offered as cost effective alternatives to AEROSHELL®, EXXONMOBIL®, NYCO, LUKOIL®, ANDEROL®, ROYCO®, and other lubricants used in aircraft of Eastern manufacturers. Sourced from various quality producers, the AVIATIONEU NEW ERA aviation lubricants are offered in different packaging options (*) in liters or kilograms, depending on the lubricant and the producer.  OEM brands are also included in our offered product range and can be furnished through our current network of co-operating suppliers. ZOK are powerful water-based gas turbine compressor cleaners and corrosion inhibitors produced by SOLIDUS INDUSTRIES. ZOK products are also offered with pH neutral and an effective corrosion inhibitor (ZOK 27) and with a higher pH without the added corrosion inhibitor (ZOK MX) for more challenging cleaning requirements. Originally developed for the UK Ministry of Defence over 40 years ago, ZOK 27 is used all over the world today within the Aviation, Marine, Power Generation, Oil and Gas and Industrial sectors. Regular on-line and off-line washing with ZOK 27 produces outstanding results in gas turbine engine performance: reducing fuel consumption, exhaust gas temperatures and emissions, while simultaneously increasing power recovery and the overall lifespan of engine components – ultimately maximising the ROI on gas turbines.

ZOK 27 products are offered in two standards (ZOK 27 and ZOK 27 GOLD. The latter includes neutral, biodegradable, water-based gas turbine compressor and gas path cleaners specially formulated with plant based surfactants to meet ecological sustainability.

SOLIDUS INDUSTRIES ZOK 27 Gold Standard have been designed to meet the requirements of the OSPAR Convention for reduced environmental impact in sensitive marine environments, such as the North Sea. This scheme is administered by Cefas in the UK. They consist the perfect solution for maintaining peak performance of gas turbine compressors operating in ecologically sensitive environments. Regular on-line and off-line washing with ZOK 27 Gold Standard produces outstanding results: reducing fuel consumption, exhaust gas temperatures and emissions, while simultaneously increasing power recovery and the overall lifespan of engine components – all this while minimising  environmental footprint.

ZOK 27 and ZOK 27 Gold Standard  are available as CONENTRATED (CNCTR) and READY TO USE (RTU) product versions in different packing options, 12.5 liters (3.3 USG) cans, 25 liters (6.6 USG) cans, 210 liters (55 USG) drums and 1000 liters (264 USG) IBC containers.

ZOK 27 READY TO USE (RTU) versions are intended for users who do not have access to demineralised water. CONENTRATED (CNCTR) vesrions can be diluted 1 to 4 with water before use (20% solution). Demineralised water (<11μS/cm conductivity) should be used for hot/on-line cleaning. Good quality drinking water (<500μS/cm conductivity) may be used for cold/off-line cleaning.

HYDRANSAFE HFA E3 and HFA S5 are intended for use in hydraulic systems in Aviation, Steel, Metalworking, Energy, Chemicals, Food processing, Textile, Automotive Manufacturing, Wood and Paper, Cement & Materials, & Mining sectors. Can be used on hot pressing machines and systems specially designed for low-viscosity aqueous fluids. Operating temperatures: +5 °C to +55 °C. HYDRANSAFE HFA E3 features an excellent stability overtime, good antiwear properties, excellent anti foam properties, good anti-corrosion, anti-rust properties even with a soft water, and good resistance to bacterial growth. HYDRANSAFE  HFA-S5 solution has a very low foam tendency and is compatible with the usual type of elastomers used in HFA type of hydraulic installations (ISO 6072 NBR and FKM). Provides excellent protection against corrosion to metals normally used in hydraulic systems (ISO IP 287) and features a high resistance to bacterial and fungal growth. Its durability reduces maintenance - with service intervals longer than mineral oil based HFA emulsions (type HFAE fluids).

HYDRANSAFE HFC-E 46 & HFC-E 68 are non flammable (fire resistant) & biodegradable  water based hydraulic fluids, boosted in antiwear and anti corrosion additives to match mineral based performances on pump tests and replace standard mineral oils with equal equipment protection. Both are intended for use in applications in Steel, Automotive Manufacturing, Mining, Aluminium, Construction Equipment and Mining industries. Designed to work on all kind of hydraulics pumps in various conditions, in mobile and stationary equipment. Ultimately biodegradable to facilitate usage in sensitive areas such as undergournd mining, agriculture, tunelling etc. they provide superior fire protection compared with standard HM or HFDU oils without compromising mechanical performances. They absorb water enabling usage in environments subject to high water contamination.

HYDRANSAFE HFDU 46, HFDU 68, and HFDU LC 168 Biodegradable hydraulic oils are recommended in the event of incidental leaks into the environment. They feature  considerable fire resistance, and exceptional lubricating properties which guarantee a substantial reduction in wear, and therefore a longer service life of the hydraulic components. They exhibit a high flash point and high spontaneous ignition temperature, low pour-point providing good performances at low temperature, very good anticorrosion properties enhanced service life, and a very high natural viscosity index guaranteeing a viscosity constantly adapted to the temperature range in which the fluid must be used. Operating temperature: -10 °C to +70 °C on a continuous basis, +120 °C at peak periods.
