CONCENTRIC HE Series AC/DC power packs allows the selection from a broad range of standard components to design a power system to meet the exact specifications of applications, both vertical and horizontal, with a full range of valving, motor, pump and reservoir combinations and minimum inventory for maximum cost efficiency. An extensive range of standard MIL-SPEC and Cessna pulleys and pulley kits is offered by McFARLANE® AVIATION. The kits contain all pulleys and cotter pins required to replace all flight control system pulleys in one airplane containing the respective part numbers and quantities required. Different McFarlane pulley series include: 

MCS378 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings, FAA-PMA approved replacements for the Cessna S378, A-/BB-, and NAS383- series pulleys on Cessna Aircraft. The MCS378- series pulleys supersede these for most Cessna aircraft applications and  feature high quality sealed precision ball bearings, superior to low grade, open seal bearings used in the Cessna S378-()L light duty series pulleys that they replace.

MS20219 Series aircraft secondary control pulleys, superseding the respective AN219 series pulleys are offered either with high pressure laminated phenolic sheave (MS20219 Series) or aluminum alloy sheave anodized per MIL-A-8625 (MS20219A Series), both with fixed ball bearing with contact seal. The aluminum body is recommended for -1 and -3 pulleys. The -1 pulley should not be installed in flight control systems.

MS20220 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. These supersede the AN220- Series pulleys of like dash number.

MS24566 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. MS24566 pulleys can be used to replace the corresponding AN210 pulleys designated by the letters "A" or "B" in their dash numbers as they differ in the maximum load limit.

NAS383 Series phenolic commercial grade pulleys with graphite impregnated bronze sleeve bearings. These are typically used with a bushing. The MCS378 pulley replaces both the NAS383 pulley and it's bushing.

S394, S1052-1/ S1710-1 Cessna nylon pulleys with no bearings.

S378-4S Cessna pulley similar to S378-4 but with smaller diameter. Used on Cessna airplanes 177RG s/n 177RG0202 and on, and F177RG0038 and on for routing stabilator, stabilator trim, and rudder cables. Six required per aircraft.

The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. The FC300 hoses are designed for high pressure fluid applications such as power steering, hydraulics, air, fuel, lubricating oils, fire resistant hydraulic fluids and other industrial fluids. They are also suitable for biodiesel use up to B20 and max temperature of 212°F (100°C). Clip-Locking Turnbuckles utilize 2 locking clips instead of lock-wire for safety. The turnbuckle barrel and terminals are slotted lengthwise to accommodate the locking clips. After the proper cable tension is reached the barrel slots are aligned with the terminal slots and the clips are inserted. The curved ends of the locking clips expand and latch in the vertical slot in the center of the barrel. They are available for different cable diameters and thread sizes in inches covering desired minimum breaking strength requirements.

The FIRST letters "R" or "L" following the dash number designate a RIGHT HAND THREAD or LEFT HAND THREAD respectively.

The SECOND letters "S" or "L" following the dash number indicate a SHORT LENGTH or LONG LENGTH respectively.

GROVE manufactures axles and hardware for use in GROVE wheels as well as those of other manufacturers.

GROVE 500x5 wheel axles (P/N. 5013 standard and P/N. 5018 with wheel pant stub) are produced from solid 2024-T3 aluminum with anodized finish. They have a 1-15/16" Bolt Circle hole pattern and 1/4" diameter holes.

500x5 1-1/4" diameter standard axle (P/N. 5013) is the most popular axle for 500x5 wheels. It is designed to fit Grove 50-1, 51-1, 56-1, 57-1, 57-5 and Cleveland 500x5 wheels. Axle Weight: 0.92 lbs. Static Load Rating 1,250 lbs.

500x5 1-1/4" diameter axle (P/N. 5018) has built-in wheel pant stub with 1/4-28 thread. It is designed for use with Grove 50-1, 51-1, 56-1, 57-1, 57-5 and Cleveland 500x5 wheels. Axle Weight: 0.95 lbs. Static Load Rating 1,250 lbs.

Both axles require two spacers per axle (P/N. 5710) sold separately.  I.D: 1-1/4", O.D. 1-3/4", Thickness: 1/4". They can be used with 500x5 axles.

Standard axle nuts and axle bolt kits sold separately are also offered as part of GROVE product portfolio. Castle type nuts are manufactured to MIL Specification MS21025 using 4140 steel. Mild steel nuts are not acceptable for use on certificated aircraft. 1-1/4" dia. nuts for 500 x 5 axles, 1-1/2" dia. nuts for 600 x 6 axles.

Wire/cable dash controls are locking units securing wires/cables from turning loose from vibrations. These controls can be mounted from front or rear of instrument panel.

T-handle dash controls are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are sourced from quality manufacturers and made from duralumin and brass. One-fourth turn locks them in any position. T-handle dash controls have a width of 1-3/4" and a standard 2-1/2" travel. They can hold up to 100 lbs. These controls are offered in single or two wire versions and come complete with wire(s) and casing which may be shortened.

OMRON A3C series cylindrical pushbutton switches have the basic design as the M2C Series cylindrical indicators. The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The SPRL caps are non vented and recommended to keep the fuel in, the water out and in the locking version, other unwanted items out of your tank.

Military Specification MS35058 Series Toggle Switches can be used to upgrade your aircraft's cockpit controls. These heavy-duty metal switches have a standard shape that works well for a variety of applications can be used for most components that only function in either the on or off positions. The RBC® BEARINGS offers a full line of airframe control ball bearings to the aerospace industry  in both “Standard” and “Precision” series. The prefix “M” in a bearing number indicates that it is of a precision series. Although designed and manufactured under demanding quality control requirements for airborne systems, these bearings have been successfully used in many industrial applications, where oscillatory movement, high loads, or corrosive environments are prevalent.

RBC® BEARINGS airframe control ball bearings conform to SAE-AS7949 (formerly MIL-B-7949) and many major OEM specifications. These bearings are of lightweight design, corrosion-resistant, grease-lubricated, and typically sealed. Airframe control bearing rings and balls are made of hardened bearing alloy, AISI 52100, with all exposed surfaces, except bearing bore, caps and seals, plated for corrosion protection. For improved corrosion protection, RBC® BEARINGS  supplies bearings made of hardened stainless steel alloy, AISI 440C. The RBC® BEARINGS Airframe Control Ball Bearings are offered in different series. The KP/KP-A and KSP/KSP-A series, presented separately, are briefly discussed below.

KP (Heavy Duty) and KP-A (Medium Duty) SAE-AS7949 Series radial ball bearings  manufactured with Plyoseals. KP heavy duty single row sealed bearings comply with MS27640 specifications while KP-A medium duty single row ball deep groove sealed bearings with MS27641 specifications. Both KP and KP-A radial ball bearings are prelubricated for life and feature PTFE seals and CRES sealcaps, cadmium plated exposed surfaces except bore, caps, and seals. Both are also offered with CRES 440C material and/or zinc nickel plating per OEM specifications. Load limit ratings: Radial 1230-lbs, thrust 300-lbs.

KSP/KSP-A Series SAE-AS7949 Series single/double row, self-aligning, light and heavy duty ball bearings with bonded PTFE seals and cadmium plated exposed surfaces except bore, caps, and seals. Like those of KP/KP-A Series, both KSP and KSP-A bearings are prelubricated for life and are also offered with CRES 440C material and/or zinc nickel plating per OEM specifications.

Modern reciprocating-engine aircraft (especially large and high-performance ones) use electrically operated auxiliary fuel  boost and transfer pumps  to keep fuel moving toward the aircraft engine or move fuel between tanks to balance aircraft weight. Centrifugal boost pumps,  electric motor driven,  are the most common type and  are used to supply,back up the engine-driven fuel pump or transfer fuel between tanks if the aircraft is so designed. They are  most frequently  submerged in the fuel tank or located just outside of the bottom of the tank with the inlet of the pump extending into the tank. Cartridge/canister or in-tank mounted pumps supply fuel to the aircraft engine while reverse flow through the pump is prevented by check valves. The cartridge/canister design allows removal of the pump cartridge without draining the fuel tank. If the pump is mounted outside the tank, a pump removal valve is typically installed so the pump can be removed without draining the fuel tank.

The RAPCO FAA-PMA approved pumps are offered as direct replacements of the respective pumps by OEMs  such as PARKER AIRBORNE or DUKES (please refer to their separate product presentations). The letters " RA" in the beginning of the RAPCO part number are used to denote the correlation of RAPCO part number to the OEM part number. They incorporate modern design, materials, and manufacturing processes to provide high quality and performance fuel pumps at competitive prices. 

These pumps can be furnished  as NEW or OVERHAUL EXCHANGE, namely new or overhauled pumps in exchange of existing customer owned units (cores). In all exchange cases,  the  full selling price of the ordered unit is charged and the core credit is refunded or credited towards future orders with us when our co-operating supplier verifies that the unit is in a reasonable serviceable condition. In the case of overhauled pumps, these are overhauled in accordance with FAA-approved process specification and come with a FAA Form 8130-3. All  RAPCO fuel pumps are thoroughly tested for guaranteed pump performance, with a worldwide distribution and a full warranty (same as OEM).
