The KLIXON® 7277 series circuit breakers are the commercial grade version of the 7274 series circuit breakers  which are small, lightweight, low amperage devices that are specifically designed to protect aircraft/aerospace cable and components in airborne vehicles and equipment. The KLIXON® 7277 series circuit breakers are physically and electrically identical to the 7274-2 military grade circuit breakers, with the exception that the 7277 series has wider calibration limits.  Klixon® 7277 series breakers have been designed for applications that do not require the tighter performance characteristics and approvals of 7277-2 series military circuit breakers. 

Originally developed as an alternative to slow blow fuses, the trip–free 7277 series breakers are used extensively as primary electrical circuit protection on general aviation aircraft. The wider calibration limits of the 7277 has also resulted in applications including protection for data processing and telecommunications equipment, computers, flight simulators, construction, material handling and other industrial,electronic equipment. ARKWIN INDUSTRIES has been designing and manufacturing engine actuators for over 60 years for operation with fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil pressurization. Their actuators are used on numerous civil, military, and industrial applications to provide actuation force to direct engine control components. They differ from conventional hydraulic actuators, a major difference being the incorporation of the fire resistance features necessary to meet engine safety requirements. Engine actuators are frequently exposed to elevated temperature during normal operation. If extended periods of flame resistance are required, protective coatings can be applied to the actuator housings including the use of intumescence or ablative coatings. Where temperature permits, ARKWIN uses aluminum alloys. For higher operating  temperatures or pressure requirements exceeding the allowables of aluminum alloy, stainless PH steel alloys or titanium alloys can be provided. Two stage sealing is common for both static and dynamic seals. Specifically selected seal compounds allow zero external leakage, long durability life, high temperature resistance, while providing protection in fire.

Clip-Locking Turnbuckles utilize 2 locking clips instead of lock-wire for safety. The turnbuckle barrel and terminals are slotted lengthwise to accommodate the locking clips. After the proper cable tension is reached the barrel slots are aligned with the terminal slots and the clips are inserted. The curved ends of the locking clips expand and latch in the vertical slot in the center of the barrel. They are available for different cable diameters and thread sizes in inches covering desired minimum breaking strength requirements.Different turnbuckle components are used in turnbuckle assemblies. Series BHM, HFX G and HMX G four piece precision extra capacity rod ends are the high strength series intended for more heavily loaded, static and dynamic industrial applications. These rod ends have 4130 or 4340 alloy steel, heat treated bodies for increased strength and aluminum bronze race inserts for high bearing capacity. The rod end bodies are protective coated for corrosion resistance and the balls are chrome plated for superior wear and corrosion resistance. Series BHM (male) and series HFX G (female) have common thread sizes. Series HMX G (male) have oversized shanks for additional shank strength.

The letter "G" indicates Zerk Lubricator (standard on HFX G/HMX G Series). The letter “L” to prefix indicates Left Hand thread.

MATCO mfg manufactures an extensive range of master cylinders for brake applications. MATCO mfg's MCMC-4 master cylinders use a REMOTE reservoir and are offered in different models. They can be mounted vertically or horizontally (Universal) to the exterior reservoir and can be used in individual or dual brake applications. They use a  0.625 inch diameter piston and Buna-n o-rings. Mil-H-5606 aircraft hydraulic fluid or compatible fluids are reccomended. DOT5 may be used but not DOT5.1 which contains glycol. DOT3 and DOT4 may not be used and will cause immediate damage to the seals. Tested to a maximum of 1200 psi. Normal operation: 400-600 psi. The MCMC-4 has an adjustable clevis.
