Rivet Pin Gauges from HI-SHEAR CORPORATION,  subsidiary of LISI AEROSPACE, can be used for inspection or measurement of correct grip length of HI-LITE™ / HI-LOK™ rivet pins. Different HI-SHEAR Pin Protrusion Gauges are offered for respective HI-LITE™ / HI-LOK™series pins. HI-SHEAR Grip Gauge Assemblies can be used to measure the “grip length” of HI-LOK™ and HI-LITE™ pins, shear lockbolts, structural screws and bolts. The HI-SHEAR 2-651 Grip Gauge Assembly includes one HI-SHEAR 2-612 Grip Gauge & one HI-SHEAR 2-615 Grip Gauge Slide. The 2-612 Grip Gauge measures in increments 1/16” to 3”(1 mm to 75 mm). Made from spring temper stainless steel, 3/4" x 6-1/4".

USATCO C-Yoke riveters are available in single cylinder and tandem cylinder types, both in standard and high force versions. They cover different capacity requirements for use in aluminum and steel and feature quiet, easy operation, CE approval and swivel air inlets. Clamping force exceeds federal specifications. ATA-29 Hydraulic Power Service Units (HPUs) are multipurpose equipment, used for loading hydraulic oil in the aircraft or engine tanks, but also, allowing the aircraft actuators to be moved through their equipped high-pressure pumps and appropriate adapters for such effect. They also have filter lines to ensure that the liquid is not contaminated.

TRONAIR® offers ATA 29 Hydraulic Power Units to meet specific aircraft requirements including those of commercial, regional, and business airlines which use TRONAIR® HPUs to reduce aircraft filter changes and increase aircraft component life. TRONAIR® ATA 29 HPUs have the best high-grade filtration in the industry. TRONAIR® HPUs are available in different series and various configurations. Despite their differences all HPUs are powered by a motor (the primary source of power), which in turn powers the main pump to circulate hydraulic fluid from the reservoir throughout the entire system.
