Military Specification MS35059 Series Toggle Switches can be used to upgrade your aircraft's cockpit controls. These heavy-duty metal switches have a standard shape that works well for a variety of applications can be used for most components that only function in either the on or off positions. They are available in several sizes to fit your particular airplane and are shipped with all necessary rings and hardware for installation. Toggle switches are available with two or three operating positions, 1 or 3 hole mounting and a variety of circuitry & electrical ratings. Contacts are made of solid silver. Wide usage is found in aircraft, mobile, marine, electronic and industrial applications. Available in full "AN" standard size & Ultra Miniature 1/2" size, contact types and circuit codes (see reference chart).

An extensive range of standard MIL-SPEC and Cessna pulleys and pulley kits is offered by McFarlane Aviation. The kits contain all pulleys and cotter pins required to replace all flight control system pulleys in one airplane containing the respective part numbers and quantities required. Different McFarlane pulley series include: 

MCS378 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings, FAA-PMA approved replacements for the Cessna S378, A-/BB-, and NAS383- series pulleys on Cessna Aircraft. The MCS378- series pulleys supersede these for most Cessna aircraft applications and  feature high quality sealed precision ball bearings, superior to low grade, open seal bearings used in the Cessna S378-()L light duty series pulleys that they replace.

MS20219 Series aircraft secondary control pulleys, superseding the respective AN219 series pulleys are offered either with high pressure laminated phenolic sheave (MS20219 Series) or aluminum alloy sheave anodized per MIL-A-8625 (MS20219A Series), both with fixed ball bearing with contact seal. The aluminum body is recommended for -1 and -3 pulleys. The -1 pulley should not be installed in flight control systems.

MS20220 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. These supersede the AN220- Series pulleys of like dash number.

MS24566 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. MS24566 pulleys can be used to replace the corresponding AN210 pulleys designated by the letters "A" or "B" in their dash numbers as they differ in the maximum load limit.

NAS383 Series phenolic commercial grade pulleys with graphite impregnated bronze sleeve bearings. These are typically used with a bushing. The MCS378 pulley replaces both the NAS383 pulley and it's bushing.

S394, S1052-1/ S1710-1 Cessna nylon pulleys with no bearings.

S378-4S Cessna pulley similar to S378-4 but with smaller diameter. Used on Cessna airplanes 177RG s/n 177RG0202 and on, and F177RG0038 and on for routing stabilator, stabilator trim, and rudder cables. Six required per aircraft.

Oval shaped copper sleeves used in making eye or lap splices in flexible cable. Sleeves are slipped over the two strands of cable to be fastened and are then compressed with special Nicropress hand squeezers. Provides a bond that is even stronger than a standard splice. They are offered in pure copper or zinc/tin coated for different cable sizes in inches. Plain copper ("18" series) and zinc coated sleeves ("28" series) are used with galvanized cable, and tin coated sleeves are to be used with stainless steel cable. 

Aircraft wheels and braking systems serve a vital function during takeoff, landing and taxiing. Along with landing gear, aircraft wheels and brakes are critical to ensure safe and reliable aircraft ground operations under extreme forces, stress, as well as wear and tear from general operation and the environment. 

Aircraft brakes are arranged in multiple disk pairs, which are commonly referred to as brake Heat Sink. As aircraft brakes convert the kinetic energy of the moving airplane to heat energy, they are also referred to as Heat Packs made of steel or carbon fibres. The BA3 Series of plain ball end fittings meet all requirements for Boeing’s BACT14B Plain Ball End Fittings and NAS494 series Plain Ball End Fittings. All balls are manufactured from stainless steel as specified in MIL-DTL 781 and are certified to the appropriate standard(s). McFARLANE® AVIATION manufactures FAA PMA approved fuel quantity transmitters which can be used as direct replacements for originally installed Stewart Warner type fuel quantity transmitters. Use of McFARLANE® AVIATION transmitters eliminates the need for expensive transmitter conversion kits that require replacement of fuel gauges and wiring. The 90340/90375 Series wing tip mounted light systems from WHELEN AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES (WAT) combine  strobe anti-collision/LED position lights, eliminating the need for a tail mounted position light. 90375 Series is same as 90340 with the addition of 3 feet of braided bonded protection for use in composite wingtip structure. They can be direct replacements (exact footprint) for the Whelen Model A600PG/PR series without replacing the current strobe power supply. The LEDs in position lights provide a significant reduction in current draw over conventional light bulbs. The strobe light lens assembly is radio shielded for maximum EMI/RFI protection. Single set of flying leads operates both forward & tail nav on 28 VDC version, and one set each of flying leads for the forward & tail nav on the 14 VDC version. FAA TSO'd.

RBC Aerospace Bearings offers a full line of Mil Spec standard lined journal bearings, unlined bushings, and many specialty and custom designed products to support the aerospace industry.   Journals are designed in a straight (plain) configuration with a flange to accommodate a combination of radial and axial loads with corrosion resistant materials and coatings. Journals are also offered in high temperature and water resistant series. Typical journal materials are CRES 17-4PH and aluminum.  Bearings may also be cadmium or zinc nickel plated as required while CRES 440C and Inconel® 718 are available upon request. Journal bore and flanged journal face surfaces may also be provided with various liner systems to satisfy specific application requirements. The MS27643/AS27643 series airframe control bearings are offered by various manufacturers. They are  double row, ball, self-aligning, heavy duty bearings produced in accordance with AS7949 specification.

Depending on the manufacturer, rings and balls of these bearings are produced from premium quality AISI 52100 chrome steel or CRES 440C materials.  External surfaces (except bore, caps, and seals) are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416 or zinc nickel plated per OEM specifications. They include PTFE seals, CRES sealcaps and they are prelubricated. They are offered in different sizes but custom sizes, materials, tolerances, radial internal clearances, lubrication, plating, etc., can also be offered upon request.

The Silicon Microstructures SM5882 series of OEM pressure sensorscombines state-of-the-art pressure sensor technology with CMOS mixed signal processing technology to produce an amplified, fully conditioned, multi-order pressure and temperature compensated sensor in a small SO16 plastic package. The model SM5882 is designed for operating pressure ranges at 0.6 PSI and 1.5 PSI. Typically used in medical instrumentation, pneumatic control, gas flow and HVAC applications.
