TRELLEBORG Turcon® Excluder® 2
The Trelleborg Turcon® Excluder® 2 is a double-acting O-Ring energized scraper that has two functions: a) to scrape contaminants from the retracting piston rod to prevent soiling of the system and b) to hold back the residual oil film on the extending piston rod on the medium side. The O-Ring maintains the pressure while the Excluder® 2 performs the scraper function. Excellent sliding properties and stick-slip free. They are offered in different sizes 10 mm to 240 mm. TRELLEBORG Turcon® Excluder® 5
The Trelleborg Excluder® 5 is a double-acting O-Ring energized scraper which prevents the ingress of mud or other contaminants, increasing effective system service life. It is designed to be used with back-pumping seals such as Turcon® Stepseal® 2K and Zurcon® Rimseal and is ideally suited to heavy duty mobile hydraulics applications. TRELLEBORG Turcon® Excluder® F

TRELLEBORG Zurcon® Scraper ASW
The Trelleborg Zurcon® Scraper ASW has an additional supporting bead on the inner surface which prevents twisting of the scraper in the groove, also preventing impurities from reaching the back of the scraper. It efficiently removes dirt, dust and water while leaving the required residual oil film on the rod. Simple installation. They are offered in different sizes 12 mm to 180 mm. TRELLEBORG Scraper WSA
The Trelleborg Scraper WSA is a single-acting rubber scraper bonded to a metal case, designed to be installed into open grooves. It is an economical choice with a simple press-fit installlation, offering excellent retention in the groove. Available in NBR. They are offered in different sizes 10 mm to 180 mm. A double-acting Trelleborg scraper with a sealing and scraping lip in injection molded polyurethane, designed in such a way that it efficiently removes dirt, dust and water while leaving the required residual oil film on the rod. TRELLEBORG Zurcon® Scraper DA24
A double-acting Trelleborg scraper with a sealing and scraping lip in injection molded polyurethane. It has a tight inward-facing scraper lip that is perfect for removing dirt, dust and water while leaving the required residual oil film on the rod. The outward-facing scraper lip leans against the housing, further preventing the ingress of dirt and water even across the bottom of the groove. Wear resistant, long service life. TRELLEBORG Zurcon® Scraper WNV
WNV is a double acting scraper in material Zurcon® polyurethane Z 201. The dynamic scraping lip is specially designed with an additional inwards sealing edge to keep the residual oil film in the system. If the volume of this oil film can not be backpumped by the main rod seal (e.g. u.cup) a pressure built up between u-cup and scraper will be prevented by releasing this pressure by liftening of the scraper lip. The static sealing lip and edge respectively ensure against the intrusion of dirt and fluids (e.g. water) over the outer diameter of the scraper.The support on the reverse side of the scraper prevents it from twisting in the groove. TRELLEBORG Zurcon® Scraper SWP
SWP are polyurethane manufactured lipped wipers with integrated metal reinforcement for open groove assembly. These are typically used in severe applications where there is abrasion due to solid matter on rod surface. They are offered in different sizes 25 mm to 190 mm.
