Hydraulic & Pneumatic...
Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings (also called compressed air connectors) are used today in a wide range of applications as a connection for conductors such as hoses, tubes, pipes and machinery carrying fluids or gas and compressed air respectively to maintain their pressure without leakage. Whether their intended use is for fluids (hydraulic) or gas/compressed air (pneumatic) they are manufactured in a range of materials from plastic and aluminum to steel and stainless steel for maximum corrosion and chemical resistance. They come in different specifications (for military, aerospace or industrial uses), different thread types, such as British Standard Pipe (BSP) or U.S. National Pipe Thread (NPT/PTF) and sizes in inch or metric systems. Depending on the specific conductor/fitting application requirement different fittings are selected. Push-in fittings are quick and easy to install, connect and disconnect, even multiple times. Compressed air couplings, consisting of a socket and plug combination are self-sealing connecting components traditionally used for pneumatic tools, hall installations and laboratory equipment. Compressed air distributors are the ideal choice whenever distribution of compressed air to different systems is required. Different types can be used to direct the compressed air from one access point to several outputs at the required location.
Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings are offered as OEM parts from well known manufacturers or as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are included in different product presentations throughout our Web Platform. In addition, a comprehensive range of tools and accessories (separately presented) are also offered ranging from connecting and disconnecting pliers, tubing and pipe cutters to union nuts, sealing caps, hollow bolts, hose clips, tubing straps and others.
Extending our range of offered fittings for hydraulic systems and fluid power applications, JIC (Joint Industry Council) 37° flare fittings can be supplied as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product porffolio. JIC fittings share the same 37° flare angle as AN (Army-Navy) fittings, listed separately but they exhibit significant differences in materials, design tolerances, and intended applications. Typically made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass, JIC 37° flare fittings are commonly used in agricultural equipment, construction, and general hydraulic industrial applications unlike AN fittings which were originally designed, developed and still widely used for military and aerospace applications meeting their strict performance requirements. Although JIC fittings are often interchangeable with AN fittings and also a cost-effective alternative for less demanding applications, AN fittings should be a prefered choice for aerospace, military or critical applications in high-pressure or high-precision environments.
