Seamless 4130/4140 alloy steel tubes/pipes are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines in rectangular or square shapes. Produced as cold drawn & cold rolling the tubes are intended for use in structural applications. These tubes can be delivered in different options (A.W.H.R. "as welded" from hot-rolled steel, A.W.C.R. "as welded" from cold-rolled steel, S.D.C.R.  "sink-drawn", cold-rolled steel, M.D. mandrel drawn or S.S.I.D. special smooth inside diameter). Sourced from quality producers, they conform to ASTM A519 specifications and can be furnished in the following ranges of wall thicknesses, outer dimensions and cut to order lengths:

Square Tubes  

Outer Dimesion (O.D.): 20-20 to 500-500 mm,

Wall Thickness  (W.T.): 1-24 mm,

Cut Length (L): Cut To Order - max12000 mm (12 m).

Rectangle Tubes 

Outer Dimesion (O.D.): 20-30 to 400-600 mm,

Wall Thickness  (W.T.): 1-24 mm,

Cut Length (L): Cut To Order - max12000 mm (12 m).

Unit of sale is 1 Ton (US or Metric as specified) with Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 3 Tons. Sea/sea-surface transport to customer destination can be provided.
