The AviationEU Web Platform for Supplies (ecommerce.aviationeu.supplies), is an electronic commerce multi store application operated by AviationEU Supplies & Services Ltd., formerly EUROWINGS Aviation & Consulting Services Ltd., a private company based and registered in Athens, Greece and part of AviationEU Group of Companies (AviationEU Group) together with AviationEU Training Systems & Services Single Member Private Company, based and registered in Athens, Greece. Prospective buyers can seek information, specifications and reference prices regarding their interested products/services for their evaluation and ordering. The platform also serves as an effective promotion of offered products and/or services by our co-operating manufacturers/suppliers. Typical platform users include aircraft manufacurers/operators, MROs, contractors of aerospace, defense or industrial projects, Armed Forces, companies operating in different industrial sectors, academic/research institutes and many others. In addition to competitive prices and quantity discounts applied to an extensive product portfolio and the established co-operations with a long list of reputable manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, other benefits to be expected from the co-operation with AviationEU companies include:

The following terms are used:
“AviationEU Web Supply Platform”, “AviationEU Platform for Supplies”, “AviationEU Web Platform” or “AviationEU Platform” are used as alternative terms to denote the current web platform for all our communications with suppliers and/or customers.
"material", "product", "good", "item", "service" "content" or similar terms are used interchangeably hereinafter to denote respectively the products, parts, systems, materials, services or digital content marketed and sold through this platform. Offered items include both OEM parts or parts supplied under AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines.
"fulfillment company", "fulfilled by" or similar terms are used interchangeably hereinafter to denote the AviationEU Group company responsible for order processing and delivery of the goods or services marketed and sold through this platform.
Abbreviations such as "AVEUSS" and "AVEUTSS" relate to AviationEU Supplies & Services and AviationEU Training Systems & Services companies respectively.
"AVIATIONEU NEW ERA" is a distinctive name (label) relating to different lines of materials & products sourced by quality manufacturers and sold as part of AviationEU Group companies. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA parts are offered as cost effective alternatives to other competitive brands and cover a diverse range of product categories (from fasteners, chemicals and lubricants to electic supplies,tools & GSE equipment, equipment used in transport applications and others).

Platform Overview
The Web Platform for Supplies (ecommerce.aviationeu.supplies) operated by AviationEU Supplies & Services, has been designed as an electronic commerce application for pproducts and services related to the Aviation, Automotive and other industrial sectors. Serving the supply needs of retail and corporate customers alike for many years, this platform has been upgraded to become a single source for procurements of products, materials, content, and services offered by AviationEU Group of Companies. Unified with other AviationEU information systems, the Web Supply Platform (shop.aviationeu.supplies) combines the extensive product portfolio, rich product information and efficient operation of its predecessor with digital training content and services developed by AviationEU Training Systems & Services.
Short presentations of offered materials, products or services will still be available to platform visitors and registered users while prices, MOQs, and volume discounts will be shown to registered platform users only. Additional content such as images, articles, relevant documentation in downloadable PDF files, etc., created and/or maintained by AviationEU Training Systems & Services, will be gradually moved to a resource space (library) accessible free of charge by active customers or other interested parties on a subscription basis. Operation of the new platform will commence shortly.
Customer Groups
Different customer groups (categories) are used by AviationEU Group companies to meet sales requirements in different markets (domestic, EU, non-EU tax free/export customers, as well asspecial category customers).
Customer Reward Scheme
This scheme offers rewards to customers who have entrusted AviationEU Group companies for their supplies over the previous years and it is based on a simple point system which translates earned points into discounts and other benefits. Reward Customer categories include Normal, Bronze, Silver and Gold with corresponding additional discounts and other benefits.
Order Quantities & Volume Discounts
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), namely minimum quantities required for processing an order, apply to all orders. They are shown in the respective product presentations together with Minimum Quantities for Discounts (MDQs), the minimum quantities required before product (also termed as volume or bulk) discounts can be applied.
Unit Prices & Discounts
Selling prices appearing at this platform are based on most recent prices from our suppliers, including any agreed reseller discounts. The relate to the Unit of Measurement/Sale (i.e. each, meter, foot, kilogram, pack, etc.) applied each time.Unless otherwise specified, appearing prices are in EUR, EX WKS (our suppliers’ facilities), without tax (VAT), customs clearance (whenever needed) and shipping to customer destination.Published prices are provided as a reference only. Actual selling prices for ordered items may differ from published prices as the latter do not include any other applicable discounts. Additional discounts to those appearing on our Web Platform may be applied depending on the total value of ordered goods.
Availability
Depending on the demanded item(s) and respective quantity(ties), ordered items may be in stock within our suppliers’ network (partially or in total). In this case our offered price(s) relate to existing inventories till their exhaustion. For items requiring backordering, customer is informed of any price differentiations and lead times prior to order finalization.
Product Condition & Certification
Unless otherwise specified, offered items appearing in this platform are furnished in NEW Condition, original packaging and come with a Certificate of Conformance issued by the responsible AviationEU Group fulfillment company and included as part of our Packing List issued at the time of shipping. If additional documentation (such as Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance, Test Report, Certificate of Origin, Airworthiness Certificate, as applicable)is needed and available, it must be specified prior to order confirmation as additional charges may apply.
Logistics
Shipping to customer destination can be arranged at additional cost. Shipping locations vary from direct (drop) shipping from our supplier's facility to AviationEU premises or co-operating warehouses in the U.S. and Greece. Different shipping options are available through our co-operations with international couriers, road, sea and air freight forwarders in addition to traditional postal services, depending on the actual and volumetric (chargeable) weight of ordered goods. INCO term for each order and related cost is specified in our offer/proforma invoice.
Payments
In most cases our orders require 100% advance payment of total order amount by wire transfer against our Proforma Invoice. Issue of our Proforma Invoice requires full invoicing customer and consignee details (if different). For high value orders, a payment scheme including an advance, interim and balance payments may be offered in consultation with our suppliers. Low value orders can be paid by debit/credit cards but in this case additional card handling charges may apply.
Validity of Offers
Offers/Proformas issued at customer request usually have a validity period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of issue. They are intended for use by customers for their payment processing, not as required documentation for participation in public tenders requiring longer validity periods.
Trade Restrictions
For certain items, end user and intended application information is required prior to sale authorization. Also used for export customs clearance (when required). Customer shall be informed by our sales team. Due to trade restrictions (imports/exports) applicable from time to time to certain third (non EU) countries by National, European and International Authorities, sales of some of the items appearing in this platform may not be possible to these countries.
Tax Exemption
EU (VIES registered) companies with a valid EU VAT number are exempted from Greek tax (VAT). This also applies to exports in Non-EU countries. For companies without an EU VAT number, individuals, and any sales/deliveries of goods within Greece 24% tax (VAT) is applied on the total net value of ordered goods & additional services.
Order Processing Time
Estimated order processing time for items in stock is usually 10 business days from order placement & payment receipt (transport time not included). For non-stock items the respective lead time is specified in our offer.
Customer Support
Our Customer Support team aims to help existing and prospective customers in their selection of the right products and/or any other issue during an order execution. Different approaches are often used including consultation with suppliers for clarifications, supply of available documentation, suggestion of materials/products of equivalent specifications to those inquired, and others. However, due to resource limitations,long RFQ lists (exceeding 5 position numbers) are usually reviewed only when received by existing customers. Prospective buyers searching for prices are encouraged to visit the platform, register as users and search for their required materials/products using our list prices as reference. If they wish to proceed with ordering, they are welcome to contact our support team to check any price and availability updates with our suppliers for their demanded products and quantities..
Disputes, Court Jurisdiction, Law
Disputes are not frequent in our operations. However, in case of a dispute between the fulfillment company and the buyer out of or in relation to items sold in the context of a respective order, every attempt shall be made for an amicable settlement.In cases where this cannot be achieved, and when there is no otherwise explicit written agreement between the fulfillment company and the buyer, such disputes, controversies or differences shall be settled by the competent courts in Athens, Greece under the Greek law.
