AMS-1 and AMS-3 are high-viscosity petroleum oil sea-water greases, thickened with aluminum soap of stearine acid. Used in hydroplanes and other aircraft sea water protection. Operation temperatures range from 0°C to + 70°C. The AMS-1 grease can be applied at temperatures from – 15°C to +65°C. The AMS-3 grease is analog to the NYCO GREASE® GN 34 Gr.3. Standard/Specification: GOST 2712-75.
MS-70 grease is a low viscocity petroleum oil thickened with barium and aluminum stearates as well as ceresin. It contains a viscous additive. Operational characteristics include high water resistance, conservation properties and frost resistance. It ensures the reliability of operating equipment for 10 years. Efficient within a temperature range from -45°C to + 65°C. Used in rolling and sliding bearings in direct contact with sea water. Analogue(s): NYCO Grease GN 39. Standard/Specification: GOST 9762-76.
AVEUNE-VNII NP SERIES GREASES
Greases in these series include VNII NP-207, VNII NP-225, VNII NP-231, VNII NP-232, VNII NP-254, VNII NP 261, VNII NP-282 and VNII NP-286M.
The thermostable lubricant VNII NP – 207 is a blend of organic-silicon fluid and synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickened with complex soap. It also contains antioxidant additive. Used in electric machinery frictionless bearings and starter-generators with rotational speed up to 10 000 rpm. The lubricant works at residual pressure 666.5 Pa in the temperature range from 60°C to + 200°C. Analogue(s): NYCO Grease GN 22, Aeroshell Grease 15 A. Standard/Specification: GOST 19774-74.
The VNII NP-225 is organic-silicon fluid thickened with fine dissertated molybdenum disulphide and a stabilizing additive. Used in threaded joints and high loaded low-speed units. The VNII NP-225 works at temperatures between – 60°C and +250°C (for aluminum alloys), between – 60°C and +350°C (for alloyed steels) and between –40°C and + 300°C (for low-speed friction units). Analogue(s): Molykote Grease 50/50. Standard/Specification: TU 38.101577-76.
The VNII NP-231 is organic-silicon blend thickened with technical carbon DG-100. This thermostable lubricant is used in close worm-screw mechanisms, low-speed frictionless and friction bearings. Works at residual pressure 666.5 Pa in the temperature range from – 60°C to + 250°C. Analogue(s): ROYCO Grease 81 MS. Standard/Specification: TU 38.1011220-89.
The VNII NP-232 is a crystal petroleum oil break-in paste thickened with lithium stearate. Used for greasing roller bearings, tooth gear and screw gear hinged joints and heavy-duty slow-speed friction units within the temperature range -50°C to +300°C. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease S 4768. Standard/Specification: GOST 14068-79.
The VNII NP-235 grease is an organic liquid solidified with an organic thickener. At high temperatures, this grease retains a sufficient tensile strength. Working temperatures from -60°C to +250°C. Heat resistant VNII NP-235 grease is used in low speed rolling bearings in aircraft control systems. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease 15 A. Standard/Specification: TU 38.101297-78.
The VNII NP-254 (ATLANTA) grease contains a package of metal plating additives. Used in sliding friction units working at alternate load, in needle-shaped and screw mechanisms. Operating temperatures between – 60°C and + 150°C., in short-time up to 200 °C. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease 17. Standard/Specification: TU 38.1011048-85.
The VNII NP 261 (SAPHIR) grease is used in taper roller bearings of aircraft undercarriage wheel hubs. Works at temperatures from – 60°C to + 150°C., shortly up to 200°C. Analogue(s): ExxonMobill Grease 28. Standard/Specification: TU 38.1011051-87.
The VNII NP-282 grease is a chemically stable lubricant, perfluorinepolyether thickened with inorganic agent. Used in respiratory apparatus, threaded joints and friction units contacting with different mediums, including oxygen gas. The lubricant VNII NP-282 works at temperatures from – 45°C to + 150°C. The CIATIM-201 is a low-viscosity petroleum oil instrument grease, thickened by lithium stearate, with antioxidant additive.Used in friction and frictionless bearings, gear drives, aerotechnics control systems. Works at a temperature range from – 60°C to + 90°C. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease 22, NYCO Grease GN 22. Standard/Specification: GOST 6267-75.
The CIATIM-203 is petroleum transformer oil low-temperature grease, thickened with lithium soap of technical fat oil and sulfurized acetol. It contains thickening and anti scuff additives. Used in friction and frictionless bearings, gear drives, screw pairs and loaded control system reducers. Operating temperature range from – 50°C to + 100°C. It surpasses CIATIM-201 in terms of chemical and colloid stability, water resistance and wear-resistant characteristics. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease 22. Standard/Specification: GOST 8773-73.
The CIATIM-205 is a mix of high quality mineral oils, thickened with white ceresin. Used in threaded and contact connections and sealings, working in aggressive environments.The main exploitation characteristics are stable to concentrated non-organic alkaline acids, amins, spirits, hydrazines. It features excellent water resistance and protective qualities. Workable in temperatures from -60 to +50ºC. Analogue(s): NYCO Grease GN 37. Standard/Specification: GOST 8551-74.
The CIATIM-221 is a silicone fluid thermostable grease, thickened with a composite soap and an antioxidant additive. Applicable in electric machine, control system and instrument roller bearings with rotation speed up to 10 000 rpm. Works within the temperature range from -60°C to +150°C and at the residual pressure of 666.5 Pa. Analogue(s): ExxonMobill Grease 28. Standard/Specification: GOST 9433-80.
The NK-50 grease is MS-20 oil thickened with soda soap of stearic and oleic acids. It contains colloidal graphite. Used for aircraft undercarriage hub bearings. Operating temperature range from -15C to +120C. Analogue(s): Aeroshell Grease 16, Aeroshell Grease 22. Standard/Specification: TU 381011219-95.
The OKB-122-7 grease is a blend of organic-silicon fluid and petroleum oil, thickened with lithium stearate and ceresin. Used in aviation electric machine bearings. This grease operates at temperatures ranging from – 40 C to + 100 C. Standard/Specification: GOST 18179-72.
The PVK is a preservation lubricant for rust protection with variable impact load produced from petroleum oil, thickened with petrolatum and ceresin. It contains antioxidant additive. Used for metal conservation. It works at the temperatures ranging from – 69°C to +80°C. Analogue(s): No Analogues. Standard/Specification: GOST 19537-83.
The PFMS-4S is polymethylphenylsiloxane fluid thermostable grease, thickened with colloidal graphite. Used in aviation friction units, low speed frictionless bearings, screw ball joint drives. Works at temperature range between – 30°C to + 300°C., for short time periods – up to 400°C. Standard/Specification: TU 6.02.917-79.
Grease No. 9 is a low-viscosity petroleum oil thickened with bariumplumbum soap of stearine acid. It is applied in lubrication in some specific friction units. Analogue(s): NYCO Grease GN 44. Standard/Specification: TU 38.001116-84.
