The EMS-18M Interface Module by RS AEROTECH and GLANCE AVIONICS provides connection of EMU 912iS (originally designed exclusively for the fuel injected Rotax series iS engines) to any of the carbureted 4 cylinder BRP Rotax aero engines . The signals from the standard Rotax sensor for the 912S/ULS or 914 engine are converted by the EMS-18M into the CANaerospace data bus information, and can thus be processed by the EMU. In addition to the standard Rotax sensors, the EMS-18M also supports 4 CHT sensors and a throttle position sensor. The EMU uses all this information to display it on screen and store it on SD card together with GPS information, fuel pressure and throttle position. Corresponding EMU software upgrades are available for the Rotax 912S/ULS and the 914, and may simply be downloaded. The integration of the 912S/ULS and 914 engine data with the EMS is seamless and makes the outstanding display concept and the associated situational awareness of the proven EMU available for all Rotax pilots. The automatic monitoring of engine health and performance data enhances flight safety and allows quick analysis by Rotax Service Centers.

The EMU 912iS evo Rotax 912iS/915iS Engine Management Unit from RS FLIGHT SYSTEMS integrates seamlessly into the Rotax 912iS/915iS engine wiring harness providing indications of all available engine parameters, engine status and ECU faults as well as those of additional sensor inputs. It comes with a dual redundant CANaerospace interface including GPS receiver and EMDS data visualization tool. It requires a minimum installation effort, configurable for the use of different unit systems (metric/US customary) and suitable for 14 V and 28 V aircraft electrical systems. Additional features include sunlight-readable backlit display, dual optically isolated CANaerospace data bus interfaces for retained redundancy, continuous monitoring and health checking of both ECU display buses, georeferenced data recording of all parameters at 10 Hz over up to 2,000 hours, simple data transfer and software update via an integrated memory card slot, sophisticated visualization and processing tool for recorded data, Google Earth file export for recorded data including GNSS and engine data. Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) Changeover (66.22 and 66.82). Commonly used to separate two circuits electrically and connect them magnetically. They are often used to interface an electronic circuit, which works at a low voltage to an electrical circuit which works at a high voltage.

The KLIXON® 7270/7271 series circuit breakers were designed to utilize less behind panel space while protecting wire and cable in aircraft and ground support equipment on either 120 VAC, 400 Hz or 30 VDC systems.
These circuit breakers are available with neck mounting (7270-1 and 7271-8) or standard cover plate (7270-7 and 7271-3). In each of these KLIXON® circuit breakers, the bi-metallic element assures uniform current distribution throughout its responsive area. This design reduces current density at the critical areas, resulting in an element having a much higher interrupting capability than conventional design. Inherently resistant to shock and vibration, the KLIXON® disc element is capable of precise calibration settings and will retain the initial calibration within close tolerances throughout the service life of the breaker. Both circuit breakers have conventional actuator action; i.e., the toggle actuator on the 7270 moves to the OFF position for trip indication and the button the 7271 pops out.
