AEROSHELL® 100 Series SAE 50 Mineral Aviation Piston Engine Oils are  straight mineral oils blended from selected high viscosity index base oil. They are offered as AEROSHELL® 100 mineral break in oil with no additives, AEROSHELL® W100 mineral ashless dispersant oil for normal use and  AEROSHELL® W100 PLUS mineral ashless dispersant oil with a friction modifier/anti-wear additive package. They are approved for all aviation civil aircraft piston engines. The specially blended high viscosity index base oil in AeroShell oil 100 series oils has been designed to provide effective protection to engine components compared to conventional mineral oils.

AEROSHELL® 100 SAE 50 is to be used when an oil without a dispersant additive is required during the break-in of  new aviation piston engines or those recently overhauled. AEROSHELL® W100 oil includes very small amounts of pour point depressant to improve fluidity at very low temperatures and an anti-oxidant. This helps ensure complete confidence and peace of mind knowing that your aircraft will perform reliably in between scheduled overhauls.

AEROSHELL® 100 Series oils are produced to meet fully the SAE specification J-1966 (Grades SAE 50 respectively).  Furthermore, they have military qualification approval and are listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) issued by the US Navy and on the Technically Acceptable Products List (TAPL) issued by the UK Ministry of Defence. Common packing options include 1 US Quart bottles, cases of 6  or 12 1 US Quart bottles, pails of 5 US Gallons  and drums of 55 US Gallons.

Contains corrosion inhibitors providing protection against corrosion for up to 3 days during engine standstill times. Does not contain any EDTA, NTA or their salts. UMETA Grease Nipples are offered in different types including hyraulic, ball, flush, bayonet, and button-head. Standard versions made of bright and passivated zinc-plated steel, stainless steel (V2A + V4A), or brass according to international product standards (e. g. DIN, ISO, SAE, BS, JIS). They are case-hardened according to DIN, zinc-plated and passivated. They are essential for maintenance and repairs and can be used for protection of the lubrication point against dirt and humidity and standardized connection to the grease gun. Different applications of UMETA grease nipples include bearings, hinges for machines, vehicles, industry, cardan and drive shafts, linear guides, hydraulic cylinders, drives, chains, axes and others. 

UMETA hydraulic grease nipples have a conical thread, the head diameter is 6.5 - 0.2 mm. Upon request, UMETA can manufacture grease nipples with different measurements, threads, thread types (for example, cylindrical thread), with other opening pressures.

ASG KUBER MIL-R-25134 B Paint Remover & Lacquer Solvent is a thickened, non phenolic aircraft paint stripper which meets the requirements of BOEING Document D6-17487 and MIL-PRF-25134 C. MIL-R-25134 B is a viscous liquid developed to remove multiple coats of paint. It clings to vertical as well as the underside of horizontal surfaces. MIL-R-25134 B can be applied as received by brushing or spraying. It is specially designed to remove lacquer and enamel coating finishes from metal surfaces of aircraft or other surfaces while it can also be used for stripping various types of paints such as varnish, zinc chromate primer, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.

Allow MIL-R-25134 B sufficient dwell time for thorough loosening or blistering of the paint. When paint is loose, thoroughly agitate all areas with a stiff bristle brush. The complete removal of the paint residues is accomplished with high pressure, high volume, cold water or with a steam cleaning machine. Normally one coat of MIL-R-25134 B is sufficient to remove more than one paint coating. Where multicoat systems have to be removed, it may be necessary to use more than one application of MIL-R-25134 B.

CTA 2000 series of adhesives are all two part adhesives with 1:1 ratio, meaning the adhesive and the activator are equal size.  CTA 2000 series range from Structural Acrylic (Methyl Methacrylate), Reinforced Polyurethane or Epoxy resins.  The strongest of these adhesives would be the Methacrylate adhesive, high temp resistance, tensile and shear performance. Capable of filling gaps up to 10mm whilst maintaining it’s structural strength and characteristics and capable of going through a powder coat oven short term at 220°C. Open times vary from 4-50 minutes.  Polyurethane adhesives have low or no odour or shrinkage and are more environmentally friendly.  Epoxy resins are traditional yet still have have a unique quality as they are available clear and can be better at bonding some metals such as copper and brass with open times varying from 5 – 50 minutes.

CTA two part structural adhesive 2105 is CTA strongest two part adhesive and also the company's biggest selling item.
