AL6061 is an aluminium alloy, with magnesium and silicon as the primary alloying elements. It is one of the most common alloys of aluminum for general-purpose use. Commonly available in pre-tempered grades such as 6061-O (annealed) as well as tempered grades such as 6061-T6 or 6061-T651. It can be compared with AL5052 (the highest strength alloy of the more non-heat-treatable grades) as well as with AL6063 which  is similar in composition and mechanical properties. AN hex head bolts in different series are offered under AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product series. Sourced from quality vendors, these bolts are manufactured to the US Army-Navy (AN) standard, predecessor to Mil-Spec (MS), superseded by the National Aerospace Standard (NAS). Commonly used in aviation for either tensile/shear load applications. Made from high-strength type 4037 or 8740 alloy steel or 431 Stainless Steel (CRES) and cadmium plated for superior corrosion resistance (compared to commercial grade zinc plated bolts) they are offered with shank drilled for cotter pin or undrilled for stop nut application, and with a drilled head for safety wire or without. Minimum Tensile Strength (Steel and CRES) - 125,000psi. The length of AN aircraft bolts is measured from under the head to the end of the shank. The "grip" is the unthreaded portion of the shank. AN10 bolts have a 5/8-18 thread with a 5/8" shank diameter. All AN10 bolts have a 0.955 thread length regardless of grip length. The AL2024 aluminum alloy (with copper as the primary alloying element) also known as aerospace grade aluminum, is commonly used in aircraft structural applications due to its high strength and fatigue resistance. AL7050 (known as a commercial aerospace alloy) is a heat-treatable aluminium alloy with zinc as the main alloying element, combining high mechanical strength, good stress corrosion cracking resistance and toughness at subzero temperatures. Socket screws are available in regular cap screw and flat and button type. Steel alloy 4130 (ST4130),aka Chrome Moly,after the 2 key composition elements,chromium & molybdenum,is a general-purpose alloy steel widely used by the aviation and motorsports industries due to its weldability, fabrication and mild hardenability in all offered forms (tubes, bars/rods, sheets and plates). Available in two material states (Normalized and Annealed) depending on the process of how the material is heated and cooled.The Normalized condition (aka "Condition N") is the harder and stronger condition, best used when forming is not needed while the Annealed condition (aka "Condition A") is the softer and formable condition.

4130 steel bars/rods in round, rectangullar (flat), square and hexagonal shapes (cross sections) are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Sourced from quality producers, most of these bars/rods are produced, unless otherwise specified, as “Cold Finished Normalized” (aka “Condition D4”), indicated by the letters "NRZ" and  "CF" in the product SKUs. They come in different dimesions in inches and cut to order (CTO) lengths in feet (*) and meet several AMS specifications, most common being AMS-S-6758 and AMS- 6348. Adel (aka MS21919) aircraft clamps, are key components used in line support, vibration dampening and maintaining proper clearance for lines or harnesses running throughout the aircraft structure. The Adel clamp is a metal band, constructed from aluminum, corrosion-resistant steel and low-carbon steel, covered by a white rubber lining or cushion, made from silicone.

Adel MS21919 Series cushioned loop aerospace clamps are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines in different sizes with their bands (straps) and cushions manufactured from different materials.

The High Temperature MS21919WH and MS21919WCH clamps feature  "silicone" white rubber cushions rated for 400 degrees for use in the aerospace industry. Cushion material enables elevated temperature usage in phosphate ester based fluid and other synthetic fluid contaminated areas. They are unaffected by ozone. Not resistant to petroleum based fluids. The extra rubber wedge at one end of the rubber cushion assures a tight fit, helps avoid pinching wires or lines when closing the clamp and helps reduce vibration when used on lines. 

The “WCH” series clamps have a corrosion resistant steel (stainless steel) strap while the “WH” series clamps have an aluminum strap.
