AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Bolts are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 (depending on the P/N) with a bright surface treatment and a strength class of A2-70 for SS 304 bolts and A4-70 for SS 316 bolts. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 933 standard. They are offered in competitive prices in different diameters ("M" designated), indicating the bolt's diameter in mm and lengths in mm. The thread pitch (the distance between threads measured along the length of the bolt) expressed in mm is indicated by the "P" designation in the P/N. AL2024 is an aluminium alloy, with copper as the primary alloying element. It is used in applications requiring high strength to weight ratio, as well as good fatigue resistance, weldablility and average machinability. Steel alloy 4130 (ST4130),aka Chrome Moly,after the 2 key composition elements,chromium & molybdenum,is a general-purpose alloy steel widely used by the aviation and motorsports industries due to its weldability, fabrication and mild hardenability in all offered forms (tubes, bars/rods, sheets and plates). Aluminum alloy 6061 (AL6061), with magnesium and silicon as its major alloying elements, is the most commonly used aluminum alloy in the world. It is a cold-treated aluminum forging product with the advantages of 4000 Series and 5000 Series. When heat-treated, 6061 aluminum alloys are a great choice for general purpose uses and find many applications in structural materials, electronics, chemical equipment, and others. This alloy features high strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. It comes in different tempers  such as O (annealed), or tempered grades, 6061-T4 and 6061-T6. Adel (aka MS21919) aircraft clamps, are key components used in line support, vibration dampening and maintaining proper clearance for lines or harnesses running throughout the aircraft structure. The Adel clamp is a metal band, constructed from aluminum, corrosion-resistant steel and low-carbon steel, covered by a white rubber lining or cushion, made from silicone.

Adel MS21919 Series cushioned loop aerospace clamps are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines in different sizes with their bands (straps) and cushions manufactured from different materials.

The High Temperature MS21919WH and MS21919WCH clamps feature  "silicone" white rubber cushions rated for 400 degrees for use in the aerospace industry. Cushion material enables elevated temperature usage in phosphate ester based fluid and other synthetic fluid contaminated areas. They are unaffected by ozone. Not resistant to petroleum based fluids. The extra rubber wedge at one end of the rubber cushion assures a tight fit, helps avoid pinching wires or lines when closing the clamp and helps reduce vibration when used on lines. 

The “WCH” series clamps have a corrosion resistant steel (stainless steel) strap while the “WH” series clamps have an aluminum strap.

AL7050 (known as a commercial aerospace alloy) is a heat-treatable aluminium alloy with zinc as the main alloying element, combining high mechanical strength, good stress corrosion cracking resistance and toughness at subzero temperatures. Typical mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum in metric and imperial systems include a tensile strength of 515 MPa (74695 psi), a yield strength of 455 MPa (65992 psi) and a fatigue strength of 240 MPa (34809 psi). Titanium fasteners are best known for their strength,  lightweight, and corrosion resistance. They feature an excellent strength to weight ratio and significant mechanical properties but perhaps their most notable attribute is their superior corrosion resistance to salt water / seawater operating conditions. Titanium fasteners are used in aerospace, automotive and motorsports but also in many other industries including chlor alkali, marine, off-shore oil & gas, desalination, medical, and pulp and paper. They come in different types (like bolts, screws and nuts), sizes, titanium grades and standards/specifications (e.g. ANSI/ASME, DIN/ISO, ASTM, ASME, MIL specifications etc.) to meet application requirements. AN hex head bolts in different series are offered under AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product series. Sourced from quality vendors, these bolts are manufactured to the US Army-Navy (AN) standard, predecessor to Mil-Spec (MS), superseded by the National Aerospace Standard (NAS). Commonly used in aviation for either tensile/shear load applications. Made from high-strength type 4037 or 8740 alloy steel or 431 Stainless Steel (CRES) and cadmium plated for superior corrosion resistance (compared to commercial grade zinc plated bolts) they are offered with shank drilled for cotter pin or undrilled for stop nut application, and with a drilled head for safety wire or without. Minimum Tensile Strength (Steel and CRES) - 125,000psi. The length of AN aircraft bolts is measured from under the head to the end of the shank. The "grip" is the unthreaded portion of the shank. Threads are pressed into the steel, not cut, thus maintaining strength throughout the entire shank. The surface under the head of AN bolts is designed to be a bearing surface to reduce non-uniform stress as the bolt is torqued thus reducing premature fatigue. The following letters are used in the product part  numbers.

"A" after the dash number for bolts with undrilled shank

"C"  for bolts made of 431 Stainless Steel (CRES)

"H" after the AN number for bolts with drilled head (eg. AN4H-15)

 AN3 through AN20 Series bolts are superseded by NASM3 through 20 Series. The part numbers in both series have not been changed.

AN3 through AN20 (REV. 12), Military Specification Sheet: Bolt -Machine, Aircraft [superseded by NASM3 through 20]. This specification covers aircraft machine bolts part numbers, AN3, AN4, AN5, AN6, AN7, AN8, AN9, AN10, AN14, AN16, AN17, AN18, and AN20. AN3 THRU AN20  is canceled and superseded by NASM3 THRU NASM20. The Part Identification Number (PIN) for AN3 THRU AN20 REV. 12 and the part number for NASM3 THRU NASM20 are identical. The part numbers have not been changed.

AL5052 is an aluminium alloy, with magnesium and chromium as the primary alloying elements. Although It is non heat-treatable, it is the highest strength alloy of other non-heat-treatable grades also featuring an excellent weldability using most common techniques, high resistance to marine atmoshpere and salt water corrosion, smooth surface, lightweight and high-tensile strength. This alloy is comparable to the 6061 aluminum alloy (AL6061). 

AL5052-O aluminum alloy Annealed round tubes are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product and can be used for low and medium pressure hydraulic systems, fuel lines and oil lines. They withstand a higher pressure than 3003-0 tubing and can be gas, arc and resitance welded and coiled.  They meet WW-T-700/4, AMS 4070M and ASTM-B-210-12 specifications. National Aerospace Standard (NAS) bolts come in a large variance of lengths, thread types, head type, and materials. NAS bolts are suitable for high strength applications. They are the same as Army-Navy (AN) bolts, except they may be either raised or recessed.

NAS bolts are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are sourced from quality producers and structured in different series. 

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA NAS428 series of machine (non structural) bolts are fully threaded, crowned hexagon head bolts made from cadmium plated steel or corrosion resistant steel (CRES). These bolts are offered with drilled or undrilled head or thread in different thread sizes, diameters and lengths in inches and sold in pieces. The number after NAS428 ( - ) denotes the thread size in 1/16th inch increments.The number after the last dash ( - ) is the overall length under the head. If this number is a single digit it is 1/8 of an inch. If it is a two digit number, the first is whole inches, the second is additional 1/8ths.
