The MATCO MCR-100A Remote Reservoir is designed for both aerobatic or non-aerobatic flights and includes mount bracket, cap,check valve, and bowl. Reservoir has approximately 2 oz. volume and has valve incorparated for checked flow to the vent when inverted or negative g's. Reservoir includes 1/8 NPT adapter fitting and seal for connection to poly bowl and easy open top.

The MATCO MCR-100K Brake Fluid Reservoir features a clear plastic bowl for easy inspection of reservoir fluid. Furnished with pre-drilled aluminum flange for easy mounting.Small and compact, this reservoir mounts almost anywhere. It is offered as Reservoir only or as Kit includin the reservoir, tubing, and fittings for installation.

Cotter pins are used to secure bolts, screws, nuts, and pins. Military standard MS24665 split cotter pins are made from cadmium plated steel, replacing those of AN380 series or passivated corrosion resistant steel (CRES), replacing those of AN381 series. The CRES cotter pins are more resistant to corrosion and also used where heatresisting attributes are desired, such as forward of firewall or  in locations where nonmagnetic material is required. Regardless of their shape or material, all cotter pins serve the same general purpose - safetying. MS24665 split cotter pins are superseded by respective part numbers of NASM24665 series.

Clevis pins are used as a quick and secure fastener in place of bolts and rivets. Clevis pins can be partially threaded or unthreaded. Unthreaded Clevis pins have a domed head at one end and a cross-hole at the other end. A Clevis pin is inserted through the holes at the pronged ends of a Clevis and is kept in place by a cotter pin. Threaded Clevis pins are partially threaded on one end with a formed head on the other.

MS20392 series Clevis pins are straight, headed pins with a drilled shank. They supersede those of AN392 to AN396 series and those of AN400, AN402, AN404, and AN406 series. MS20392 series Clevis pins are produced in different materials (steel alloy, corrosion resistant steel (CRES), titanium alloy) and surface finishes (cadmium plated, chrome plated, titanium alloy - aluminum coated) with a drilled hole for cotter pin. The following letters in the part number specify materials and finishes:

“C”  Steel alloy, 4037 4130 8630 or 8740 cadmium plated

“S”  Steel alloy, 8740 cadmium plated

“R” Corrosion resistant steel, PH13-8Mo chrome plated

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are light-weight, aircraft application clamps from 300-series stainless steel available with either a 1/4" round slotted screw or a 1/4" slotted hex-head screw.

Socket screws are available in regular cap screw and flat and button type. These screws are used in many industries and applications including  military, aerospace, defense, mechanical, original equipment manufacturers, petro-chemical, power generation & mass transit.  They are generally alloy or stainless steel, but can be provided in monel or other materials. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Bolts are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 (depending on the P/N) with a bright surface treatment and a strength class of A2-70 for SS 304 bolts and A4-70 for SS 316 bolts. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 933 standard. They are offered in competitive prices in different diameters ("M" designated), indicating the bolt's diameter in mm and lengths in mm. The thread pitch (the distance between threads measured along the length of the bolt) expressed in mm is indicated by the "P" designation in the P/N. Aircraft washers used in airframe construction or repair works are either plain, lock, or special type washers. 

AN960/AN960L series are aeronautical (Army-Navy) standard flat washers superseded by the respective washers in NAS1149/NAS1149L series. They come in regular thickness (NAS1149/AN960) or light thickness (NAS1149L/AN960L) indicated by the letter "L" in the dash number of the product reference number (SKU). They are made from different materials such as carbon steel, corrosion resistant steel (CRES) and aluminum alloys. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA ASTM A324 Grade 8.8 Series high tensile hexagonal head threaded bolts are produced from medium carbon steel with heat treatment by both quenching and tempering.  They comply with ASTM A324, ASME SA324 standards. MS27039 Series screws are fabricated from Alloy Steel and Cadmium plated per specification QQ-P-416A, Type II, Class 3, Anodized Aluminum Alloy 2024 or Stainless Steel Unplated  to MIL-S-6050 or MIL-8695 specifications.
