MS17826 Series nuts are slotted hexagon style lightweight castellated self locking nuts. They are similar to MS17825 Series nuts but they have a reduced height. They are manufactured  from cadmium plated steel to standard castle or shear nut specifications with a nylon insert added for positive safety. They can be used throughout the control system. In case the cotter pin used with castle nuts is overlooked, the nut cannot work loose. The nylon insert will act as a stop nut.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS35206 and MS35207 series of machine (non structural) screws are mil spec pan head cross recessed (Phillips) screws, manufactured from carbon steel and are cadmium plated to specification QQ-P-416, Type 2, Class 3. MS35206 series machine screws feature 60,000 psi min. tensile strength and can be used as replacements for AN526 truss head & AN515 round head screws. MS35207 series machine screws are fine threaded have a minimum tensile strength of 55,000 psi and replace the AN507R series. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Brass plain washers are made of copper, nickel alloy with a natural color finish in accordance with DIN 433 standard. Sourced from certified manufacturers these washers are offered in competitive prices and they are available in different sizes on the basis of their Clearance (Hole) Diameter/Outer Diameter/Thickness in mm. (*) Anchor nuts (aka nut plates or anchor plates) are stamped sheet metal fasteners used in blind mounted panel applications, where hex nuts cannot be used or an attached nut is required for ease of maintenance. They are usually riveted to a workpiece and have an internally threaded tube and a plate with two clearance holes for rivets. These terms are used interchangeably to describe the respective fasteners.

National Aerospace Standard (NAS) bolts come in a large variance of lengths, thread types, head type, and materials. NAS bolts are suitable for high strength applications. They are the same as Army-Navy (AN) bolts, except they may be either raised or recessed.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA NAS428 series of machine (non structural) bolts are fully threaded, crowned hexagon head bolts made from cadmium plated steel or corrosion resistant steel (CRES). These bolts are offered with drilled or undrilled head or thread in different thread sizes, diameters and lengths in inches and sold in pieces. The number after NAS428 ( - ) denotes the thread size in 1/16th inch increments.The number after the last dash ( - ) is the overall length under the head. If this number is a single digit it is 1/8 of an inch. If it is a two digit number, the first is whole inches, the second is additional 1/8ths. AN 22 Series Clevis bolts are available in NEW SURPLUS condition. Availability till stock exhaustion. They are special-purpose bolts with a a slotted brazier type head and used where a large shearing stress occurs (never in tension). Available with drilled or undrilled shank (designated by the letter "A" after the dash number for undrilled shank). 

Blind Rivets are multi-piece rivet assemblies, capable of being installed from one side of the workpiece.Traditionally, blind rivets were used on aircraft leading edges, trailing edges, and close out areas which are limited to access to one side of the structure.  Current blind rivet usage has expanded to many additional areas of the aircraft in an effort to decrease labor expense and to address the ergonomic issues of solid riveting.

The CherryMAX® rivet by CHERRY® AEROSPACE is the most reliable, high strength structural fastener with visual inspectability in the world today.  It features the "Safe-lock" locking collar for more reliable joint integrity, and meets the requirements of PS-CMR-3000. CherryMAX® fasteners are currently available in 1/8" through 1/4" diameters in both nominal (CR3212 and CR3213 Series) and 1/64" oversize diameters (CR3242 and CR3243 Series).

NAS6603 series shear hexagon head bolts have a 10-32 thread and a nominal grip diameter of 0.1900 inch. NAS6603 series forms part of NAS family of bolts (NAS6603 through NAS6610 series) which includes hex head, close tolerance, alloy steel, long thread, self-locking & non-locking bolts. Their shearing feature is used to minimize damage to more critical components within the application. They are made from alloy steel with cadmium or chromium finishes and offered  in different grips and lengths in inches with undrilled or drilled head and/or shank. Used in applications where a premium-quality, high strength bolt is necessary. The following letters after the basic part numbers specify the material, finish and drilling condition of these bolts.

Sourced from quality producers, NAS6203 through NAS6210 series are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. These fine-threaded, dimpled-head hex bolts have a minimum tensile strength of 160,000 psi and a minimum shear strength of 95,000 psi. Thread length is consistent within each diameter (1103/6203 series have a shorter thread), and grips are available in 1/16” increments beginning at 1/16”. Used in applications where a premium-quality, high strength bolt is necessary. They come in different nominal diameters:NAS6203: 3/16 in. (0.1875"), NAS6204: 1/4 in. (0.25"), NAS6205: 5/16 in. Air Force-Navy AN924 universal nut with flared tube and bulkhead. Used on fittings with corresponding dash number to insure proper fit. Available in steel and aluminum alloy in different tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches.  Aluminum and steel nuts are designated by the letters "D" and "S" respectively after the dash number.
