AVIATION ENGINE OILS
AVEUNE-MS-8P
The petroleum-based MS-8P (МС-8П in Cyrillic) gas turbine engine oil is the most widely used mineral oil with a set of highly effective additives. This oil presents superior operating characteristics such as improved viscosity at low temperatures, improved thermaloxidative stability and life time. It is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 321 and AEROSHELL® 3sp turbine oils .
Produced from West-Siberian and Ural crude petroleum, MS-8P oil is intended for use in gas turbine engines of a wide range of Eastern subsonic and supersonic airplanes and helicopters(*) where the temperature at the outlet of the engine does not exceed 150 ºС as well as other applications. The MS-8P oil is designed as a replacement for MK-8 and MK-8P oils, considerably surpassing them on a number of operational characteristics including viscosity at low temperatures, thermal oxidation stability and service life. The shelf life of MS-8P oil is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Meets OST 38.101163-78, STO 1605031-2008 specifications.
It can be used in a range of applications including:
- Gas turbine engines of subsonic and supersonic airplanes which have engine outlet oil temperature up to +150°C. Typical examples of civil aircraft include Il-62, Il-76, Tu134, Tu-154, Yak – 40 while those of military aircraft include MiG-21, Su15, Su-25, helicopters Mi-6 and Mi-10.
- as part of oil mixtures in turboprop engines powering aircraft such as An-12, An-22, An-24, An-30 and Il-18 and also for preservation of engines' oil systems.
- in ship gas turbine plants and gas pumping aggregations.
- in oil-mixtures with MS-20 oil (in proportions 25:75, 50:50 and 75:25) in turboprop engines for An-12, An-30, An-32 and Il-18 aircraft, as well as and as a conserving agent for the aircraft engine oil systems (engine preservation).
- in ship gas-turbine installations and in gas-distributing units.

AVEUNE-MS-8RK
Made from a special deep-refined base with antioxidant, antiwear and anticorrosive additives the MS-8RK oil is intended for aircraft engines lubricating and conservation. Equal to the MS-8P oil regarding the performance criteria, MS-8RK by far exceeds it with respect to conservation properties. The aircraft engine oiling systems conservation period is equal to 3 months when using the MK-8 oil, to 1 year in the case of the MS-8P oil, and increases to 4-8 years with the MS-8RK oil. The MS-8RK oil is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 321 and AEROSHELL® 3sp turbine oils. Standard/Specification: TU 38.1011181-88
AVEUNE-MS-20
The MS-20 (or MC-20 in Cyrillic) is a solvent-refined mineral, petroleum based, aviation engine oil without additives for selective cleaning. Ιt has high viscosity, excellent adhesion, good lubricating qualities and flash point at no less than 265ºC. This oil is alternative for other products such as AeroShell® 100 piston engine oil. Also it can be used as a part of oil mixtures in lubricating systems of turboprop engines, in the axial bearing of helicopter propeller hubs, as lubricant of gas pumping aggregations moto compressors or in engine rotational speed regulators for diesel engines with autonomous oil systems and casings. Meets GOST 21743-76 specification.
The MS-20 MS-20 is approved for use in aircraft piston engines, gas turbine engines, helicopter gear cases, and feathering hinges of MI helicopter rotor heads. It can be used in oil blends for the following applications:
- lubricating systems of aircraft turbo-prop engines (in oil-mixtures with oils MS-8P and MS-8 in different proportions)
- lubricating feathering hinges of helicopter rotor heads
- lubricating engine compressors of gas compressor units
- lubricating speed governors of diesel engines with self contained oil systems and crankcases
- base component of many lubricating oils and greases
AVEUNE-TP-30
The TP-30 Turbine Engine Oil is produced from paraffinic oils using selective solvent cleaning. It contains additives that improve the antioxidant, anti-corrosion and other properties.It is designed for lubricating and cooling parts of turbo-compressor machines, steam and gas turbines, hydraulic turbines, as well as a hydraulic fluid in control systems working with high-speed loaded gears. The TP-30 Turbine Oil is offered in different packaging options. TP-30 features include:

AVEUNE-SM-4.5
Mixture of aviation oils MS-8p and MS-20 in proportion 75:25 (mass portion, %). Suitable for application in airplanes with turboprop engines of AI-20 type, such as An-12, Il-18 airplanes, or of Ai-24 type (An-24, An-26, An-30, An-32 airplanes). The SM-4.5 oil mix is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 306. Standard/Specification: OST 54-3-175-72-99.
AVEUNE-IPM-10
Synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a package of highly effective additives. Used in heat-intense gas turbine engines of civil and military aviation with engine outlet oil temperature up to 200°C. It can also be applied as standardized oil in aviation turbo refrigerators and other aggregations especially in gaspumping aggregations with air engine driving gear. The IPM-10 oil is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 210 A and AEROSHELL® 390 turbine oils. Standard/Specification: TU 38.101299-90
AVEUNE-B-3V
Synthetic oil based upon penthaerythrite esters and fatty acids with a package of additives. Used in gas turbine engines, helicopter reduction gears and other engineering with engine outlet oil temperature up to 200°C. The B-3V oil is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 98, CASTROL 98, A.S. 560 and EXXON MOBIL® Jet 256 turbine oils. Standard/Specification: TU 38.101295-85
AVEUNE-VNINP-50-1-4F
High quality synthetic diether oil with additives, which increase wear-protection characteristics and thermal-oxidative stability. Used in turbojet airplane engines with engine outlet oil temperature up to 175°C. Typical examples of civil aircraft include Il-96-300, Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-334, Yak-42, An-74 and An-124 `Ruslan` while those of military aircraft include Su-15, Su-17, Su-20, Su-24, Su-25, Su-27, Su30, MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-27, MiG-31, An-72, Tu-22 and Mi-26 helicopters. It can also be applied in turborefrigerating conditioning systems LA and in aviation gas-turbine engines of gas-pumping aggregations. The VNINP-50-1-4F oil is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 210 A and AEROSHELL® 390 and 560 turbine oils. Standard/Specification: GOST 13076-86.
AVEUNE-VNINP-50-1-4U
High quality synthetic diether oil with a more effective package of additives than that of VNINP-50-1-4F which allows an increase of thermo oxidative stability to 200°C with overheating up to 225°C without a loss of the low-temperature (can be used at the temperature as low as –60°C) and other operational characteristics. This oil is compatible with VNINP-50-1-4F in all respects, not requiring any rubber and structural material replacements. It can be used in turbojet engines of civil aircraft (Il-96-300, Tu-204, Yak-42, An-74, “Ruslan”) or military aircraft (MiG-23, MiG – 27, MiG – 29, An - 72) and Mi-26 helicopters. The VNINP-50-1-4U oil is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 210 A and AEROSHELL® 390 and 560 turbine oils. Standard/Specification: TU 38.401-58-12-91
