Garret GTX GEN II Series Turbochargers are similar to the first GTX series but with enhancing innovations. Their key features include forged fully-machined billet aluminum compressor wheels with next generation aerodynamics that provide a larger horsepower range and maximize boost response. Ported shroud compressor housings increase surge resistance and provide reliable, continuous power throughout the power band. A dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge prolongs the lifespan and improves shaft balance. The water cooled Center Housing Rotating Assembly (CHRA) keeps housing temperatures to a minimum. The turbine wheel is constructed from Inconel, a Super Alloy that maintains strength during prolonged exposure to high exhaust gas temperatures. GTX Series turbochargers include different models (GTX2860R, GTX2867R, GTX3071R, GTX3076R, GTX3576R, GTX3582R, GTX4709R, GTX4720R, GTX5009R, GTX5020R, GTX5533R) and are also available as a reverse revolving turbochargers.  Parts, installation kits, fittings and accessories are also offered.
