LORD AM Series Low Profile Avionics Mounts (Isolators) SKU: LORD-MNT-AM
LORD Corporation AM Series Low Profile Avionics Mounts (also referred to as isolators)) set the standard for compact, highload, high-capacity isolators. They are designed to support and protect avionics equipment in all types of aircraft. Inertial guidance and navigation systems and radar components are examples of applications where these mounts are used. In addition, AM Series mounts are used to isolate engine/aircraft accessories such as fuel controls, pressure sensors and oil coolers. These mounts are tested and approved to the environmental tests appearing in MIL-STD-810 or MIL-E-5400. They may be used in a temperature range of -65°F to +300°F (-54°C to +149°C) for BTR® Silicone and -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +149°C) for BTR® II Silicone. They are made with specially compounded silicone elastomers which exhibit excellent resonant control evidenced by the low transmissibility at resonance. These designs also provide linear deflection characteristics.
LORD Corporation AM Series vibration isolators are offered in different sizes and capacities. Please refer to the attached documentation.

UMA T18112 Series 1-1/4"...
TSO'd Electronic Fuel Quantity gauges from UMA INSTRUMENTS (indicated by the letter "T" in the PN) are offered in 1-1/4 in. and 2-1/4 in. sizes for installation in respective panel hole diameters and mounted with (4) 6-32 screws. Smaller 1-1/4 in. instruments can be cluster mounted as close as 11/2” centers utilizing panel space without compromising readability. They can be powered from 14 or 28 volts. Signals are acquired from remote mounted sensors, processed and displayed on black analog dials with white easy to read markings indicating empty to full fuel level. Each gauge uses rugged aircore meter movement for vibration resistance and repeatability. Available in different versions based on their sender type and range. UMA sensors are sold separately.
SIRS NAVIGATOR TSO'd...
The SIRS "Navigator" magnetic compass delivers extremely accurate readings due to its fully integrated, 4 magnet correction facility. It has the same features as the "Pegasus", but is mounted with a fully adjustable bracket that allows attachment to a variety of positions including the glare-shield or the windshield. This allows the compass to be located away from magnetic influences. Available in different versions for Northern or Southern hemisphere, unlighted or lighted 12/28V and has a 3-year warranty. TL ELEKTRONIC FLYdat...
The FLYdat has been specially developed by TL ELEKTRONIC for BRP-ROTAX® Aircraft Engines for indicating and storing of engine operation data. The unit is furnished with 8 sensor input ports, which can be occupied variably according to engine type.
The operating data is permanently compared with the engine specific operating limit. If the signalled operating data exceeds the stored operating limit, the FLYdat will warn the pilot. In addition all the input ports are equipped with a maximum alarm, responding when picked-up value is equal or above the stored limit. The FLYdat keeps the pilot informed on the following actual readings. Besides the topical data, the FLYdat shows also the hours of operation.
• Engine speed
• Cylinder head temperature (CHT)
• Exhaust gas temperature (EGT)
• Ambient air temperature (not on engines 912 / 914)
• Temperature of cooling water (only on engines 582 UL, 618 UL)
• Oil temperature and oil pressure (only on engines 912 / 914)
The TL ELEKTRONIC FLYdat is supplied with a standard configuration. With the standard configuration all trigger levels for warning- and alarm system are set to the maximum of the measuring range.
Configuration is available for the following BRP-ROTAX® engine types: 447 UL SCDI, 503 UL DCDI, 582 UL DCDI, 618 UL DCDI, 912 DCDI series, 914 DCDI series, Standard
By configuration of the TL ELEKTRONIC FLYdat, the engine type, engine number, hour of operation, temperature unit and the respective engine limits are programmed.
The TL ELEKTRONIC FLYdat unit and parts are no longer offered as ROTAX Part Numbers. These part numbers are provided for reference only. In addition, aircraft engine parts are subject to changes from time to time. Some parts may be no longer available or replaced by others with different part numbers. Listed engine parts do not imply their current availability or suitability for your engine application. Always consult the most recent Illustrated Part Catalogs (IPCs) or other documentation available from the engine manufacturer for the correct part number before ordering.
