The AVIASPORT indicators (gauges) are reliable, accurate and solid, combining the accumulated experience of more than twenty years with the latest technology  They have been designed for ROTAX engines and their display areas are divided into red, green and yellow zones in line with Rotax limits. They use a pointer that turns 240º or 320º, providing high resolution. AVIASPORT range of gauges includes CHT, EGT, tachometers, oil and fuel pressure, oil and coolant temperature, fuel level, voltmeters & ammeters and offered with casings of different sizes: 80mm; 57mm and 52mm.

AVIASPORT Oil Pressure indicators (gauges) are designed specifically for ROTAX 912/914 aircraft engines with painted red, green, and yellow gauge markings. are available in two sizes: 52 and 57 mm. They are offered in two unit versions for readings in PSI or Bars. They work with different pressure sensors depending on these installed in ROTAX 912/914 engines: the VDO sensor (Before September 2008) or the 4..20mA sensor (after 2008).

LORD manufactures a range of vibration and motion control products for General Aviation aircraft including elastomeric and non-elastomeric mounts, full structures, yokes and attachments. ARKWIN INDUSTRIES has been designing and manufacturing engine actuators for over 60 years for operation with fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil pressurization. Their actuators are used on numerous civil, military, and industrial applications to provide actuation force to direct engine control components. They differ from conventional hydraulic actuators, a major difference being the incorporation of the fire resistance features necessary to meet engine safety requirements. Engine actuators are frequently exposed to elevated temperature during normal operation. If extended periods of flame resistance are required, protective coatings can be applied to the actuator housings including the use of intumescence or ablative coatings. Where temperature permits, ARKWIN uses aluminum alloys. For higher operating  temperatures or pressure requirements exceeding the allowables of aluminum alloy, stainless PH steel alloys or titanium alloys can be provided. Two stage sealing is common for both static and dynamic seals. Specifically selected seal compounds allow zero external leakage, long durability life, high temperature resistance, while providing protection in fire.

Airboxes are used in ROTAX® aircraft engines to remove SOME of the difficulties created by having two independent induction systems. They simplify sourcing the air for both carburetors. Depending on the installation, the air temperature and/or pressure within the engine cowling may be significantly different on each side. SKY-TEC OEM contactors are today installed in many general aviation aircraft while SKY-TEC FAA-PMA contractors can be used for starter, battery master/auxiliary or auxiliary power applications in replacement of OEM parts.

SKY-TEC STS-S Series FAA-PMA certified aircraft starter solenoids (aka relays) are intermittent duty suitable for starter applications. They are available in 12V (STS-S12) or 24V (STS-S24) versions. Activation: +V to S-Terminal (Frame is grounded by mounting).

The TEXTRON LYCOMING 540 Series six-cylinder aircraft engines are powerful and durable, delivering 235 to 360 hp at up to 2,700 rpm. The 540 engine family is a six-cylinder version of the four-cylinder LYCOMING 360 series and  includes air-cooled six-cylinder, horizontally opposed fixed-wing aircraft and helicopter engines of 541.5 cubic inch (8,874 cc) displacement. The 540 series engines are installed in a large variety of aircraft and compete with those of the Continental IO-520 and IO-550 series. SKYBOLT® stainless cowling fastener kits replace the old parts from other manufacturers originally installed on aircraft cowlings and access panels with exclusive SKYBOLT® CLoc®, ZLoc®, or ALoc® style stainless steel fasteners manufactured by SKYBOLT®. SKYBOLT® Cloc style fasteners are compatible with Camloc and are available in 2000 and 4000 series. ZLoc fasteners are compatible with Dzus and Aloc fasteners with Airloc ones. In addition SKYBOLT® SK2003 plate mounts upgrades those of J 7444 series commonly used in Cessna aircraft. SKYBOLT® kits for different aircraft models and year of construction are offered to cover all panels or certain portions of the engine cowling. The SKYBOLT® Cowling Fastener Kits will usually contain more of a selection than the aircraft may actually require so that a replacement project can efficiently move from start to finish.
