Series 200 Turbine Flow Transducers by FLOSCAN INSTRUMENT CO. INC. measure flows of hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, and #2 diesel fuel and other light transmitting, non-corrosive liquids of similar viscosity.  Typical fuel flow applications include aircraft fuel monitoring systems; gasoline, diesel, and gas turbine engine test stands; and industrial furnaces. The transducers give repeatable signals on gasoline across a 100 to 1 flow range down to 0.3 GPH.  The higher viscosity of diesel fuel reduces signal repeatability at flow rates below 2 GPH.  Pressure drops are very low compared to other turbine flow transducers.  The transducer bearing system is rated for continuous operation at the upper end of the flow range. The transducers produce a current pulse signal from an opto-electronic pickup with a preamplifier. 

Because of their superior accuracy and extraordinary repeatability, FLOSCAN transducers have quickly become the dominate fuel flow measuring sensors for general aviation but are also used in marine and other applications.

The AVIASPORT indicators (gauges) are reliable, accurate and solid, combining the accumulated experience of more than twenty years with the latest technology  They have been designed for ROTAX engines and their display areas are divided into red, green and yellow zones in line with Rotax limits. They use a pointer that turns 240º or 320º, providing high resolution. AVIASPORT range of gauges includes CHT, EGT, tachometers, oil and fuel pressure, oil and coolant temperature, fuel level, voltmeters & ammeters and offered with casings of different sizes: 80mm; 57mm and 52mm.

The AVIASPORT fuel pressure gauges  have been designed especially to measure fuel pressure in Rotax® engines 912 and work both with 12V and 24V systems. Unlike mechanical gauges, the AVIASPORT ielectronic gauges use a high precision sensor to be installed close to the engine, preventing fuel lines in the cockpit. These gauges are sold without sending units or as kits with matching senders whenever specified.

These engines can be supplied in FACTORY NEW, REBUILT or OVERHAUL Conditions, as OUTRIGHT SALE (not requiring a trade in engine or core excharge) or with core return. Their specifications are set in their PNs and  ENPL numbers because every engine is provided with slightly different configuration depending on the aircraft application. Engine prices differentiate on the basis of the selected sale option, condition as well as engine configuration and require confirmation at the time of ordering.

CHALLENGER AVIATION PRODUCTS, Inc. manufactures high quality oil-impregnated, surgical cotton gauze-based aircraft air filters under FAA/PMA certification using K & N filter media. K&N Performance Filters have been well known in the automotive world for years, unsurpassed in airflow and filtering capability they are now one of the most used filters on the road today. Made of a woven cotton fabric instead of paper, the K&N filter medium offers superior filtering without the restriction of airflow presented with paper or foam filters. Fabric allows 50% more air to pass than paper, and almost 60% more than foam. This translates into more horsepower and improved fuel economy.

Based on K&N technology CHALENGER filters have been certified for most general aviation aircraft. Their pleated cotton/wire mesh filters are far less prone to being clogged than synthetic media or paper, and tests done by Challenger (at approximately 240 CFM air flow) show K&N filters typically flow 6.03 CFM as compared to 4.95 for the average pleated paper element and 4.93 CFM for the oil-coated foam variety.

CHALLENGER air filters can be used as replacement parts to other OEM products but an STC (available by CHALLENGER) is required. Air filters come with an application chart, instructions, warranty card and a STC request form which needs to be  filled out for approval for the specific aircraft. The filters comes with a gasket, but do not include the grease which is sold separately, unless otherwise stated.

MWfly  SPIRIT RED LINE non-cerified Aeronautic Engines are 4-cylinder horizontally opposed (boxer type) liquid cooled motors manufactured to the highest standards to meet application requirements in a wide range of LSA and experimental single-engine or twin-engine airplanes and other aircraft (STOL, helicopters, gyrocopters, hang gliders, seaplanes and drones). These engines have been designed for maximum performance and can be supplied with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, both in tractor and pushing configurations. Rotation is designated by the letters "R" or "L" at the engine model code. The rotation must be specified at the time of ordering.

SPIRIT RED LINE different models are offered with direct or geared drive transmissions (depending on the model) and deliver 115, 135 & 160 HP.
