MIL-C-27500 Shielded...

Top quality shielded & jacketed aircraft wire conforming to MIL-C-27500 specification which replaces MIL-C-7078/3. It incorporates MIL-W-22759/18 basic wire and features a Tefzel insulation, a shield of tin- plated copper braid and a jacket of Tefzel. It is temperature rated to 150°C & voltage rated at 600 volts. Available in different gauge (*) sizes and number of conductors. Suitable for installation of electronics equipment. Sold in 10 ft increments only.

MIL-W-22759/16 Unshielded...

Top quality aircraft unshielded wire manufactured to specification MIL-W-22759/16. It features standard tin-plated copper conductor insulated with extruded Tefzel (ethylene/tetrafluorbethylene) which has a maximum temperature rating of 150°C and rating for 600 volts. It  complies with current military and anticipated future FAA requirements and can replace older MIL-W-5086A wire with various insulating coatings including PVC and used as the standard hookup wire in light aircraft. MIL-W-22759/16 is available in different gauge(*) sizes and color variations including white, black, blue, green, red, yellow and striped.

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA cable product line includes MIL-SPEC cables sourced by certified manufacturers and offered in various constructions with different conductor and insulation materials. MIL-C-27500 series cables  include both shielded and unshielded cables suitable for avionics, aerospace and airframe applications. 

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MIL-C-27500 2X18 AWG unshielded cable is constructed by two AWG 18  twisted tinned copper wires per MIL-W-22759/32,  XL-ETFE insulated and jacketed with a XL-ETFE insulation to ensure excelent abrassion and chemical resistance for use in aerocpace and military applications. Cross-Linked Extruded (XL-ETFE) insulation is used in avionic and airframe applications  demanding mechanically tough and flame retardant cables.  It also provides excellent fluid/oil/moisture resistance while cross-linking results in increased stability at higher temperatures.

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MIL-C-27500 series shielded electrical wire is constructed by M22759/11 wire with multiple (1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7) PTFE insulated stranded silver plated tinned copper conductors in 16, 18 & 26 AWG (*) sizes and PTFE jacketed. M22759/11 wire  are available in multiple colors with overall wire diameters from 2.4 to 7.4 mm. Nominal voltage: 300/500V. Operating temperature range: -60~200℃. They conform to MIL-W-22759/11 specification and they are designed for the harshest environments and extreme conditions for use in military and aerospace applications.
