AEROSHELL® Sport Plus 4  from Shell Aviation is a second generation multi-grade piston engine oil specifically designed for use in light sport and very light/ultralight aircraft 4-stroke engines in any climate. It is the first aviation oil in the market that is BRP-Rotax tested and meets Rotax RON 424 OEM specification. AEROSHELL® Sport Plus 4  is suitable for BRP-ROTAX 912, 914, 912 iS engine series. Provides enhanced anti-wear protection compared to the previous generation as well as enhanced protection and lubricity for the smooth movement of clutch and gearbox components. AEROSHELL® 500 2nd...

AEROSHELL® 500 2nd Generation Synthetic Turbine Engine Oil from Shell Aviation is a 5 centistoke synthetic hindered ester oil incorporating additives to improve thermal and oxidational stability and also metal passivation. Developed essentially to meet the requirements of Pratt & Whitney 521 B Type II and MIL -L-23699 specifications, it is suitable for certain civil and military aero-engines requiring this class of lubricant but also approved for use in their industrial and marine derivatives which retain the essential design elements of their aviation versions. High Viscosity Index Synthetic Base Fluids used in AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 500 maintain viscosity and protect components more effectively under the high shear stresses that a turbine system places on lubricants. The outstanding high temperature and oxidation stability of AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 500 is due to the natural properties of the synthetic hindered ester base fluids used. These fluids are clean running in that they tend to dissolve varnish and sludge rather than leave deposits on working surfaces.

AEROSHELL® 750 Synthetic...

AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 750 is a 7½ mm2 /s synthetic mixed ester oil containing a thickener and additives which provide excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability. It was developed to meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98) and provide a high standard of lubrication in British civil gas turbines, particularly turbo-prop engines where a good load carrying oil was required for the propeller reduction gearbox. AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 750 is also approved by the Russian authorities as an analogue to MN-7.5u and for those Russian turbo-prop applications which require the use of mixtures of mineral turbine oil and aircraft piston engine oil. AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 750 contains a synthetic ester oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics. AEROSHELL® W15W50 Multigrade Aviation Piston Engine Oil has been specifically developed for aviation piston engines. This premium semi-synthetic multigrade ashless dispersant oil is a special blend of a high quality mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons with an advanced additive package that has been specifically formulated for multigrade applications. The combination of non-metallic anti-wear additives and selected high viscosity index mineral and synthetic base oils, offer exceptional stability, dispersancy and anti-foaming performance. The advanced additive package in AEROSHELL® W15W50 oil provides excellent protection to aviation piston engines operating at extreme ambient temperatures. The ashless anti-wear additive package provides exceptional wear protection for camshafts and lifters and other wearing surfaces.

AEROSHELL® W15W50 oil has become very popular amongst engine manufacturers and operators alike. In order to cater for those Lycoming engines that need improved load carrying, the Lycoming LW16702 antiwear additive has been incorporated into the formulation, thus eliminating the need for supplemental additive addition. AEROSHELL®...

The AEROSHELL® range of mineral and synthetic aviation greases are multi-functional to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency.

AEROSHELL® greases No. 5 and 6 are microgel thickened with mineral oil base. No 5, combines high load-carrying ability with excellent resistance to water and high temperatures. Used primarily in aircraft wheel bearings and engine accessories operating at high speeds/relatively high temperatures. No 6 is a general purpose airframe grease with outstanding low temperature torque properties and resistance to water. Used primarily in plain and anti-friction bearings on general aviation aircraft. No 14 is a leading helicopter multi-purpose, calcium soap thickened, mineral  grease inhibiting corrosion and oxidation due to its anti-rust additives.

No 7, an advanced multipurpose airframe grease and No 22, a versatile multipurpose grease, are both microgel thickened with synthetic diester/synthetic hydrocarbon oil base respectively. Both are corrosion inhibited and fortified against oxidation. No 7 is recommended for highly loaded gears and actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and general airframe lubrication while No 22 for aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories and airframe lubrication and for anti-friction bearings operating at high speeds at high or low temperatures.

No 33 is a universal airframe grease with a synthetic hydrocarbon/ester oil base and enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity to reduce wear and extend re-greasing intervals. Developed to satisfy almost all airframe lubrication requirements with a single grease. Like No. 58, an advanced wheel bearing grease, they are lithium thickened greases. No 64, an extreme pressure (EP) MIL-G-21164D compliant airframe grease containing molybdenum disulfide, extends  component life through its exceptional load-carrying and EP properties. Fully compatible with No 33, both can protect over 98% of the grease application points on a typical airliner.

ExxonMobil Mobil Aviation Mobil Jet Oil II is a high performance aircraft-type gas turbine lubricant formulated with a combination of a highly stable synthetic base fluid and a unique chemical additive package. The combination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapour phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming The effective operating range of Mobil Jet Oil II is between -40 ºC (-40 ºF) and 204 ºC (400 ºF). Mobil Jet Oil II is engineered for aircraft gas turbine engines used in commercial and military service requiring MIL-PRF-23699 level performance. It also is recommended for aircraft-type gas turbine engines in industrial or marine service applications. Approved to MIL-PRF-23699F Type STD, SAE-AS-5780 Grade SPC. 

Product Features:

Formulated to meet the demanding requirements of aircraft-type gas turbines operating over a wide range of severe operating conditions

High specific heat in order to ensure good heat transfer from oil-cooled engine parts

BELWAX Lubricants SKU:...

MINERAL WAX PLANT BELWAX range of lubricants includes products for special uses outlined below:

LITOL-24 grease designed for application in friction units of wheel and tracked (crawler-type) vehicles, industrial equipment and seaborne machinery of different purpose, at operating temperatures from -40 °С to +120 °С (for shorter time periods up to 130 °С).

GRAPHITE grease intended for greasing of hard heavily loaded mechanisms (open geared wheels, threaded connections of actuator screws, jacks, spring, etc.). The temperature range of application is from -20°С to +60°С. In springs and similar devices, the grease can be used at a temperature below -20°С.

CIATIM-201 frost resistant grease designed for greasing of low-loaded friction, rolling and sliding units at temperatures from - 60°C to + 90 °C. 

KS-UNM cable lubricant for the protection of cables under conditions of warehouse storage and air storage, as well as in the process of exploitation. The lubricant guarantees protection of cables against corrosion in a climate emulation chamber under adverse conditions, not less than 30 cycles. The lubricant is thermally stable, provides a possibility of its application at a centralized system of preheating of feed to a cable-twisting machine, as well as satisfactory work conditions for maintenance personnel. In the process of application, cable lubricant KS-UNM can be used as an anti-friction agent for lubrication of wiring of steel cables, used as main cables in vertical lifting and slopping installations of rotary machines, balancers, brake units, shock tools, mining tools, parachute systems, fenders, guiding units, suspension units and other excavation equipment. In its consistency the lubricant is moderately viscous, it is applied preheated at stranding, making of cores and cables at the corresponding manufacturing plants. 

EXXONMOBIL AVIATION SHC 100...

ExxonMobil Mobil Aviation Grease SHC 100 is the product of choice for aircraft wheel bearing applications and the preferred bearing grease for use in all Parker Hannifin (Cleveland Wheels & Brakes) wheel assemblies. It is a supreme performance synthetic grease which combines the unique features of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluid with those of a high quality lithium complex soap thickener. The thickener system provides a high dropping point, excellent resistance to water wash and a tenacious structural stability. The unique properties provide outstanding protection against wear, rust, corrosion and high temperature degradation. The grease is recommended for aviation applications which need a lubricant that can perform normal functions yet go far beyond in terms of high and low temperature and longlife performance. The grease has an operating temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to + 350°F (+177°C). Available in various packages. There is no Military specification for this product.

NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 98...

Turbine engine oils (abbreviated as TEOs), also known as jet oils, turbo oils are specialty lubricants designed to support the operation of turbine engines. Apart from their lubricating function of the engine, including the gearbox, shafts and associated accessories for their protection from damage and their smooth operation, TEOs have two additional functions. Their various additives protect the components from corrosion, and filter contaminants in the engine such as carbon deposits formed from a process known as coking. In addition, they are used as heat transfer fluids, cooling the engine in temperatures reaching 1000°C, in turn extending the life of the oil up to 25,000 hours of operation. TEOs have been initially developed as mineral and and subsequently innovated to synthetic.

NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 98 (Analog B-3V) is a synthetic ester-based oil for aircraft gas turbine engines and helicopter reducers. Made of a polyalkyleneglycol thickened diester it contains specific additives to improve its anti-oxidant properties. It is a lubricating oil with a viscosity of 7.5 cSt at 100°C. It is intended for the lubrication of some aircraft and marine turbine engines as well as accessory equipment, particularly on turboprop engines where a high viscosity oil is required to protect the gears from heavy wear. TURBONYCOIL®  98 is widely used on Russian-made helicopters as lubricant of the engine and the main rotor gearbox and complies with with the major requirements of Russian specifications TU 38 101295-85 and  B-3V. Offered in different packaging options including flank containers of 50 liters each, barrels of 215 liters and pails of 20 liters. NYCO TURBONYCOIL® 321 Aviation Turbine Oil (Analog MK-8, MK-8P, MS-8P, MS-8RK) is a mineral oil based on a petroleum base stock and contains additives to improve the high temperature oxidation stability and prevent wear of gas turbine engines. It has a viscosity of 8 cSt at 50°C. It has been designed for the lubrication of the majority of gas turbines of Russian design. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion oil in closed circuit (MS8RK). Used since the early 1990's on civil airliners such as Tu-134, Tu-154 and Il-76. It carries CIAM (Central Institute of Aircraft engines) approval as an analog to the Russian type MS-8P and by OEM Mashproekt for use on industrial & marine gas turbines. Eastman Turbo Oil 2380™ is a 5 cSt synthetic lubricant, approved against US military specification MIL-PRF-23699F STD, and UK military specification DEF STAN 91-101/2 (replaced DERD 2499). AEROSHELL® W100 SAE 50...

AEROSHELL® W100 SAE 50 Mineral Aviation Piston Engine Oil is a straight mineral oil blended from selected high viscosity index base oil. This oil does not contain any additives except for very small amounts of pour point depressant to improve fluidity at very low temperatures and an anti-oxidant. It is approved for all aviation civil aircraft piston engines when the use of an oil without a dispersant additive is required. It can also be used during the break-in of a new aviation piston engine or those recently overhauled. The specially blended high viscosity index base oil in AeroShell oil W100 has been designed to provide effective protection to engine components compared to conventional mineral oil. 

AEROSHELL® Oil W100 is produced to meet fully the SAE specification J-1966 (Grades SAE 50 respectively). Furthermore, it has military qualification approval and is listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) issued by the US Navy and on the Technically Acceptable Products List (TAPL) issued by the UK Ministry of Defence. The blending plants employed to manufacture this oil also holds the approval of the specification authorities ensuring a high quality standard. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Avrex™ S...

EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256  Gas Turbine Lubricant is a combination of a highly stable synthetic base fluid and a unique chemical additive package. Thecombination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapor phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming. The effective operating range of this lubricant is between -54°C and 176°C (-65°F and 350°F). The pour point is below -60°C (-75°F). The product has a high specific heat in order to ensure good heat transfer from oil-cooledengine parts. In extensive laboratory testing and in-flight performance, Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256  exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperaturesup to 176°C (350°F). The evaporation rate at these temperatures is low enoughto prevent excessive loss of volume. It is uniquely suited for use when extreme low temperatures restrict the use of higher viscosity engine oils

Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256 Gas Turbine Lubricant is recommended for aircraft gas turbine engines in commercial and military service, particularly where start-up temperatures are below -40°C (-40°F). The product is approved against U.S. Military Specification MIL-PRF-7808, Grade 3 while it is also compatible with other synthetic gas turbine lubricants meeting MIL-PRF-7808 or MIL-PRF-23699 specifications (*). The product is compatible with all metals used in gas turbine construction, as well as with F rubber (Viton A), H rubber (Buna N), and FVMQ rubber (fluorosilicone).

(*) Mixing of Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256 Gas turbine lubricant  with other products is not recommended because the blend may result in some loss of its performance characteristics.

EXXONMOBIL® AVIATION Mobil Jet Oil 254 is a third-generation oil formulated to deliver exceptional high-temperature thermal stability  (HTS), excellent resistance to coking and deposit control as well as exceptional oxidation and corrosion protection. It meets the demanding requirements of latest technology  aircraft-type gas turbines operating over a wide range of severe operating conditions.  When compared to a typical Type II lubricant, Mobil Jet Oil 254 reduces bulk oil oxidation by up to 50 percent and shows deposit control capability 50 F higher.  These properties have been confirmed in various laboratory tests including; the Corrosion-Oxidation Stability Test,  Alcor Deposition Test, Vapor Phase Coker, Erdco High-Temperature Bearing Test, Ryder Gear and the Mobil Thin Film Oxidation Test.The closely controlled low-temperature viscosity of Mobil Jet Oil 254, along with its low pour point (below -54 ºC), ensure good low-temperature fluidity to permit starting and lubrication at temperatures as low as -40 ºC.  In extensive laboratory testing and in-flight experience, Mobil Jet Oil 254 also exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperatures up to 232 ºC (450 ºF) for extended periods.  The evaporation rate at these temperatures is low enough to prevent excessive loss of volume.  The load-carrying ability of Mobil Jet Oil 254 comes from its synthetic base stock viscosity and, therefore, is not subject to loss from viscosity index additive shear.
