CLEVELAND Organic &...

For a number of years Cleveland offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.

AEROSHELL Sport Plus 4 2nd...

Second generation multi-grade piston engine oil, specifically designed for use in light sport and very light/ultralight aircraft 4-stroke engines in any climate. Suitable for BRP-ROTAX 912, 914, 912 iS engine series. Provides enhanced anti-wear protection compared to the previous generation as well as enhanced protection and lubricity for the smooth movement of clutch and gearbox components. Can be used with both unleaded aviation and road fuels and Avgas 100LL. Integrated additives support anti–corrosion and anti-wear of critical parts, powerful anti-oxidation action, anti-foaming for engines operating with an integrated gearbox and neutralization of acid build up. Meets RON 424 OEM specification, JASO MA.

AEROSHELL Hydraulic Fluid...

Mineral oil based "super clean" hydraulic fluid for use with brake and hydraulic systems with synthetic rubber seals. Suitable for use as a hydraulic fluid for all modern aircraft applications. Colored red for easy identification. It features superior low temperature properties, compatibility with synthetic rubber components and good anti-wear properties. Meets MIL-H-5606G and MIL-PRF-5606H cleanliness requirements for aviation hydraulic oils. Available in different packaging options.

PPG AEROSPACE PR-1428 Class...

PR-1428 Class B is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65° F (-54°C) to 250° F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275° F (135° C).  The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) Gaskets. It can be used to protect electrical wires, terminals and equipment against fuel, moisture, dirt and short circuits.

PR-1428 Class B is a two part, manganes dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.

PR-1428 Class B products ARE NOT regulated as a DANGEROUS GOODS when transported in sizes of ≤5 L or ≤5 kg,provided the packagings meet the required provisions.

PPG AEROSPACE PR-812...

High temperature, primerless firewall sealant. HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.

PR-812 is a high temperature primerless firewall sealant. The material is designed for sealing firewall structures against the passage of air and vapours.

Please refer to the attached documentation for additional information.

Product Specifications:

PR-812 is a two-part, synthetic rubber compound

The uncured material is a low sag paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula

It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant to common aircraft substrate

It has a service temperature range from -54°C (-65°F) to 204°C (400°F), and will withstand flash temperatures of 1093°C (2000°F)

AEROSHELL 500 2nd...

AeroShell Turbine Oil 500 is a 5 centistoke synthetic hindered ester oil incorporating additives to improve thermal and oxidational stability and also metal passivation. Developed essentially to meet the requirements of Pratt & Whitney 521 B Type II and MIL -L-23699 specifications it is suitable for certain civil and military aero-engines requiring this class of lubricant but also approved for use in their industrial and marine derivatives which retain the essential design elements of their aviation versions. High Viscosity Index Synthetic Base Fluids used in AeroShell Turbine Oil 500 maintain viscosity and protect components more effectively under the high shear stresses that a turbine system places on lubricants. The outstanding high temperature and oxidation stability of AeroShell Turbine Oil 500 is due to the natural properties of the synthetic hindered ester base fluids used. These fluids are clean running in that they tend to dissolve varnish and sludge rather than leave deposits on working surfaces.

Available in US Quarts and Drums of 55 US Gallons. Meets U.S. Approved MIL-PRF-23699G Grade STD specification. For more information please refer to the attached documentation.

AEROSHELL 750 Synthetic...

AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is a 7½ mm2 /s synthetic mixed ester oil containing a thickener and additives which provide excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability. It was developed to meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98) and to provide a high standard of lubrication in British civil gas turbines, particularly turbo-prop engines where a good load carrying oil was required for the propeller reduction gearbox. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is also approved by the Russian authorities as an analogue to MN-7.5u and for those Russian turbo-prop applications which require the use of mixtures of mineral turbine oil and aircraft piston engine oil. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 contains a synthetic ester oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics. Available in US Quarts and Drums of 55 US Gallons. For more information please refer to the attached documentation.
