NYCO HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 is a petroleum-based hydraulic fluid with a viscosity of 14 cSt at 40°C. It contains anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives. HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 is a reliable and economic hydraulic fluid used on all types of aircraft as shock strut fluid for many military and commercial aircraft landing gears (Airbus, ATR, Bombardier, Fokker, Embraer, Dassault Aviation Mirage fighters equipped with Messier-Hispano-Bugatti landing gears, etc.). It has an extremely wide operating temperature range (from -54°C to +135°C in air-tight circuits and -54°C to +90°C in open circuits) and a viscosity index exceeding 300. CLEVELAND Organic &...

For a number of years Cleveland offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. AEROSHELL 750 Synthetic...

AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is a 7½ mm2 /s synthetic mixed ester oil containing a thickener and additives which provide excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability. It was developed to meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98) and provide a high standard of lubrication in British civil gas turbines, particularly turbo-prop engines where a good load carrying oil was required for the propeller reduction gearbox. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is also approved by the Russian authorities as an analogue to MN-7.5u and for those Russian turbo-prop applications which require the use of mixtures of mineral turbine oil and aircraft piston engine oil. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 contains a synthetic ester oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics. AEROSHELL Mineral/Synthetic...

The AeroShell range of mineral and synthetic aviation greases are multi-functional to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency.

AeroShell greases No. 5 and 6 are microgel thickened with mineral oil base. No 5, combines high load-carrying ability with excellent resistance to water and high temperatures. Used primarily in aircraft wheel bearings and engine accessories operating at high speeds/relatively high temperatures. No 6 is a general purpose airframe grease with outstanding low temperature torque properties and resistance to water. Used primarily in plain and anti-friction bearings on general aviation aircraft. No 14 is a leading helicopter multi-purpose, calcium soap thickened, mineral  grease inhibiting corrosion and oxidation due to its anti-rust additives.

No 7, an advanced multipurpose airframe grease and No 22, a versatile multipurpose grease, are both microgel thickened with synthetic diester/synthetic hydrocarbon oil base respectively. Both are corrosion inhibited and fortified against oxidation. No 7 is recommended for highly loaded gears and actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and general airframe lubrication while No 22 for aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories and airframe lubrication and for anti-friction bearings operating at high speeds at high or low temperatures.

No 33 is a universal airframe grease with a synthetic hydrocarbon/ester oil base and enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity to reduce wear and extend re-greasing intervals. Developed to satisfy almost all airframe lubrication requirements with a single grease. Like No. 58, an advanced wheel bearing grease, they are lithium thickened greases. No 64, an extreme pressure (EP) MIL-G-21164D compliant airframe grease containing molybdenum disulfide, extends  component life through its exceptional load-carrying and EP properties. Fully compatible with No 33, both can protect over 98% of the grease application points on a typical airliner.

The combination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapour phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming The effective operating range of Mobil Jet Oil II is between -40 ºC (-40 ºF) and 204 ºC (400 ºF). Mobil Jet Oil II is engineered for aircraft gas turbine engines used in commercial and military service requiring MIL-PRF-23699 level performance. It also is recommended for aircraft-type gas turbine engines in industrial or marine service applications. Approved to MIL-PRF-23699F Type STD, SAE-AS-5780 Grade SPC.

NYCO Greases for...

Aviation greases are lubricants, with a thickening agent dispersed within them. They’re used on various aircraft components inhibiting corrosion and preventing wear.

The NYCO range of greases include multi-purpose or special-purpose mineral and synthetic greases for extreme applications (low and high temperatures, high speed and pressure, saline, corrosive, humid environments, etc.), compliant with civil, military aviation and industrial constraints. They are intended for use in a variety of applications such as airframe, slats, flaps, heavy loads, THS (Tail Horizontal Stabilizer), actuators, bearings, doors, landing gears, wheels, jacks, rudders, LRU (Line Replaceable Units) and also as an anti-seize or assembly compound, protection grease, etc.  NYCO NLGI 2 grade greases(*) commonly used in Aerospace and Defence applications with respective specifications & approvals, are outlined in the Product Description section.

(*) NLGI Grades range from 000 to 6 and Indicate the consistency of grease for an application. Choosing the right consistency of grease for an application is critical. The higher the consistency, the more resistant the grease is to releasing lubricating fluid under force. A grease with a low consistency will release lubricating fluid more readily. The right grease consistency is important for ensuring that the appropriate amount of lubricating fluid is provided and maintained in the system for proper lubrication.

MINERAL WAX PLANT BELWAX range of lubricants includes products for special uses outlined below:

LITOL-24 grease designed for application in friction units of wheel and tracked (crawler-type) vehicles, industrial equipment and seaborne machinery of different purpose, at operating temperatures from -40 °С to +120 °С (for shorter time periods up to 130 °С).

GRAPHITE grease intended for greasing of hard heavily loaded mechanisms (open geared wheels, threaded connections of actuator screws, jacks, spring, etc.). The temperature range of application is from -20°С to +60°С. In springs and similar devices, the grease can be used at a temperature below -20°С.

CIATIM-201 frost resistant grease designed for greasing of low-loaded friction, rolling and sliding units at temperatures from - 60°C to + 90 °C. 

KS-UNM cable lubricant for the protection of cables under conditions of warehouse storage and air storage, as well as in the process of exploitation. The lubricant guarantees protection of cables against corrosion in a climate emulation chamber under adverse conditions, not less than 30 cycles. The lubricant is thermally stable, provides a possibility of its application at a centralized system of preheating of feed to a cable-twisting machine, as well as satisfactory work conditions for maintenance personnel. In the process of application, cable lubricant KS-UNM can be used as an anti-friction agent for lubrication of wiring of steel cables, used as main cables in vertical lifting and slopping installations of rotary machines, balancers, brake units, shock tools, mining tools, parachute systems, fenders, guiding units, suspension units and other excavation equipment. In its consistency the lubricant is moderately viscous, it is applied preheated at stranding, making of cores and cables at the corresponding manufacturing plants. 

PPG AEROSPACE PR-1428 Class...

PR-1428 Class B is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65° F (-54°C) to 250° F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275° F (135° C).  The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) Gaskets. It can be used to protect electrical wires, terminals and equipment against fuel, moisture, dirt and short circuits.

PR-1428 Class B is a two part, manganes dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.

PR-1428 Class B products ARE NOT regulated as a DANGEROUS GOODS when transported in sizes of ≤5 L or ≤5 kg,provided the packagings meet the required provisions.

EXXONMOBIL AVIATION SHC 100...

ExxonMobil Mobil Aviation Grease SHC 100 is the product of choice for aircraft wheel bearing applications and the preferred bearing grease for use in all Parker Hannifin (Cleveland Wheels & Brakes) wheel assemblies. It is a supreme performance synthetic grease which combines the unique features of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluid with those of a high quality lithium complex soap thickener. The thickener system provides a high dropping point, excellent resistance to water wash and a tenacious structural stability. The unique properties provide outstanding protection against wear, rust, corrosion and high temperature degradation. The grease is recommended for aviation applications which need a lubricant that can perform normal functions yet go far beyond in terms of high and low temperature and longlife performance. The grease has an operating temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to + 350°F (+177°C). Available in various packages. There is no Military specification for this product.

NYCO TURBONYCOIL 98...

Turbine engine oils (abbreviated as TEOs), also known as jet oils, turbo oils are speciality lubricants designed to support the operation of turbine engines. Apart from their lubricating function of the engine, including the gearbox, shafts and associated accessories for their protection from damage and their smooth operation, TEOs have two additional functions. Their various additives protect the components from corrosion, and filter contaminants in the engine such as carbon deposits formed from a process known as coking.In addition, they are used as heat transfer fluids, cooling the engine in temperatures reaching 1000°C, in turn extending the life of the oil up to 25,000 hours of operation. TEOs have been initially developed as mineral and and subsequently innovated to synthetic.

NYCO TURBONYCOIL 98 Aircraft Synthetic oil for turbopropeller engines is made of a polyalkyleneglycol thickened diester and contains specific additives to improve its anti-oxidant properties. It is a lubricating oil with a viscosity of 7.5 cSt at 100°C. It is intended for the lubrication of some aircraft and marine turbine engines as well as accessory equipment, particularly on turbopropeller engines where a high viscosity oil is required to protect the gears from heavy wear. Turbonycoil 98 is widely used on Russian-made helicopters as an analog for the Russian oil B3V (specification TU 38 101295-85) to lubricate the engine and the main rotor gearbox. Available in different packaging options. Complies with the major requirements of the Russian specifications TU 38 101295-85 and  B-3V. NYCO TURBONYCOIL 321 Aviation Turbine oil is based on a petroleum base stock and contains additives to improve the high temperature oxidation stability and prevent wear of gas turbine engines. It has a viscosity of 8 cSt at 50°C. Turbonycoil 321 has been designed for the lubrication of the majority of gas turbines of Russian design. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion oil in closed circuit (MS8RK). Turbonycoil 321 has been used since the early 1990's on civil airliners such as Tu-134, Tu-154 and Il-76 with hundreds of thousand flying hours accumulated. It has been approved by CIAM (Central Institute of Aircraft engines) as an analog to the Russian type MS-8P. It is also approved by OEM Mashproekt for use on industrial & marine gas turbines. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS-8p...

The petroleum-based MS-8P gas turbine engine oil (МС-8П ОСТ OST 38.101163-78) is the most widely used mineral oil with a set of highly effective additives. This lubricant is analog to the NYCO TURBONYCOIL 321 turbine oil. It is produced from West-Siberian and Ural crude petroleum and intended for use in gas turbine engines of a wide range of subsonic and supersonic airplanes and  helicopters(*) where the temperature at the outlet of the engine does not exceed 150 ºС as well as other applications(**). The MS-8P oil is designed as a replacement for MK-8 and MK-8P oils, considerably surpassing them on a number of operational characterisics including viscosity at low temperatures, thermal oxidation stability and service life. The shelf life of MS-8p oil is 5 years from the date of manufacture.

AeroShell Turbine Oil 3SP is a 3 mm²/s mineral turbine oil incorporating additives to improve anti-wear and anti-oxidant properties as well as low temperature properties. It has excellent low temperature properties and is approved for application in Russian engines which use the Russian grades MS-8P, MK-8P and MS-8RK as well as for use in the preservation of engine oil and fuel systems where Russian grades MK- 8, MS-8P and MS-8RK are applied.

Typical Civil & Military Aircraft Applications:

Civil Aircraft Models: Il-62, Il-76, Il- 86, Il-114, Tu-134, Tu-154, YAK-40, AN-12, AN-26, AN-30, and M-15 aircraft as well as the Mi-6 and Mi-10 helicopters.

Military Aircraft Models: MiG-9, MiG-11, MiG-15, MiG-17, MiG-21, Su-7, Su-9, Su-11 and Su-15 aircraft.

AeroShell Turbine Oil 3SP can also be used in oil mixtures where this oil is mixed with piston engine oil. Typical applications for these mixtures include the Il-8, AN-12, AN-24, AN-26, AN-28 and AN-30 aircraft as well as various military aircraft and some helicopter transmissions.

As per ROTAX Service Instruction it is not mandatory to retrofit engines which are currently equipped with old spark plug types and old spark plug connector types. However  it is not allowed to exchange individual parts. Mixing of spark plug types and spark plug connector types is not allowed. All spark plugs and spark plug connectors must be of the same part number for the entire engine.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA...

The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS-20 (or MC-20 in Cyrillic) is a petroleum based aviation engine oil for selective cleaning, produced from non-paraffined crude oil with low sulfur content. Ιτ has high viscosity, excellent adhesion, good lubricating qualities and flash point at no less than 265ºC. This oil is alternative for other produccts such as AeroShell 100 piston engine oil. Intended uses include piston aircraft engines, oil-mixtures with oils MS-8P and MS-8 (in different proportions) in lubricating systems of turboprop engines, feathering hinges of helicopter rotor heads, lubricating engine compressors of gas compressor units, speed governors of diesel engines with self-contained oil systems and crankcases as well as a base component of many lubricating oils and greases. The MS-20/MC-20 aviation engine oil is offered in 216.5 LT barrels. Meets GOST specification: МС-20 ГОСТ GOST 21743-76.

AEROSHELL W100 SAE 50...

AEROSHELL W100 SAE 50 Mineral Aviation Piston Engine Oil is a straight mineral oil blended from selected high viscosity index base oil. This oil does not contain any additives except for very small amounts of pour point depressant to improve fluidity at very low temperatures and an anti-oxidant. It is approved for all aviation civil aircraft piston engines when the use of an oil without a dispersant additive is required. It can also be used during the break-in of a new aviation piston engine or those recently overhauled. The specially blended high viscosity index base oil in AeroShell oil W100 has been designed to provide effective protection to engine components compared to conventional mineral oil. 

AeroShell Oil W100 is produced to meet fully the SAE specification J-1966 (Grades SAE 50 respectively). Furthermore, it has military qualification approval and is listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) issued by the US Navy and on the Technically Acceptable Products List (TAPL) issued by the UK Ministry of Defence. The blending plants employed to manufacture this oil also holds the approval of the specification authorities ensuring a high quality standard. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA...

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges.
